Abstract:
The present invention provides a transfer robot which has a simple structure and a small occupied area in an operation.A transfer robot of the present invention includes a support member fixed to a side wall or the like, a transfer arm by which a hand member is held capable of linear movement, and first and second link members. One end portions of the first and second link members are rotatably linked to the support member, respectively. Another end portions of the first and second link members are rotatably linked to the transfer arm, respectively. The hand member holds/transfers a work. A rotational driving force applied to a linking portion between the support member and the first link member is transmitted to the transfer arm by a predetermined mechanism and linearly moves the hand member. The transfer arm moves by rotating the first link member or the second link member.
Abstract:
A phase-change device capable of realizing a multi-level record in a superlattice phase-change memory cell in which a superlattice phase-change material is used as a recording film, and thereby achieving the reduction in power consumption and the capacity increase is provided. To a phase-change memory cell composed of GeTe/Sb2Te3 superlattice or SnTe/Sb2Te3 superlattice, a SET pulse is once applied to form a SET state (low resistance state). Thereafter, recording pulses having respectively different voltage values between a voltage value forming the SET state and a voltage value forming a RESET state (high resistance state) are respectively applied to the superlattice phase-change memory cell twice or more. In this manner, a read resistance (SET resistance) corresponding to a recording pulse (SET pulse) and read resistances corresponding to each of the recording pulses are obtained, so that the multi-level record can be realized.
Abstract:
Recording and erasing of data in PRAM have hitherto been performed based on a change in physical characteristics caused by primary phase-transformation of a crystalline state and an amorphous state of a chalcogen compound including Te which serves as a recording material. Since, however, a recording thin film is formed of a polycrystal but not a single crystal, a variation in resistance values occurs and a change in volume caused upon phase-transition has placed a limit on the number of times of readout of record. In one embodiment, the above problem is solved by preparing a solid memory having a superlattice structure of thin films including Ge and thin films including Sb. The solid memory can realize the number of times of repeated recording and erasing of 1015.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a protein derived from a thermophilic filamentous fungus having flavin adenine dinucleotide-dependent glucose dehydrogenase activity. The present invention provides an enzyme for glucose measurement that has better thermal stability than that of conventional enzymes while being unaffected by dissolved oxygen, not requiring the addition of a coenzyme, and maintaining the excellent properties of FADGDH in terms of having excellent substrate specificity (particularly low reactivity with maltose).
Abstract:
A small and light-weight flowmeter realizes the compensation of a zero point drift. A mass flowmeter includes: a centrifugal force/centripetal force detection strain gauge adhered to a part acted upon by a centrifugal force or a centripetal force of fluid in a pipe line in which the fluid flows and a flow rate zero point drift compensation strain gauge adhered to a position different from that of the centrifugal force/centripetal, force detection strain gauge. A pulse wave propagation time between the two points is used to compensate a zero point drift of a flow rate.
Abstract:
A room temperature bonding apparatus includes a first beam source, a second beam source, and a press bonding mechanism. The first beam source emits a first activation beam that irradiates a first surface of a first substrate. Independently from the first beam source, the second beam source emits a second activation beam that irradiates a second surface of a second substrate. The press bonding mechanism bonds between the first substrate and the second substrate by contacting between the first surface and the second surface after the first surface is irradiated with the first activation beam and the second surface is irradiated with the second activation beam. Thus, a plurality of the substrates made of different materials is appropriately bonded.
Abstract:
The invention provides a process and an apparatus for producing a high quality electronic component by reducing sagging at pattern side walls, which may occur when patterns of a wiring, an electrode, etc. are printed by a screen printing process using an electroconductive paste, an insulation paste, or a semiconductor paste, and reducing a mesh mark on the patterns of a wiring, an electrode, etc., or a full solid surface film, as well as a pattern formation process, by which screen printing can be applied and double face printing can be conducted with the number of process steps less than a conventional process. A pattern is formed by that a pattern is printed on a blanket having a surface comprising polydimethylsiloxane using an electroconductive paste, an insulation paste, or a semiconductor paste by a screen printing process, and the pattern is transferred from the blanket to a printing object.
