摘要: A method for storing and updating data relating to a first dynamic Knowledge Organization System, and for storing and updating the mapping of its concepts to the concepts of a second Knowledge Organization System. The methods enables a reduction the computational burden involved in updating the mapping if Knowledge represented in the first KOS evolves, while at the same time ensuring a high level of accuracy of the mapping between both KOSs. This allows for more efficient use of the knowledge represented on aggregate by multiple KOSs, for example in the context of automated systems or artificial intelligence agents.

摘要: An electrode for forming an electrochemical cell with a substrate and a method of forming said electrode. The electrode comprises a carrier provided with an insulating layer which is patterned at a front side. Conducting material in an electrode layer is applied in the cavities of the patterned insulating layer and in contact with the carrier. A connection layer is applied at the backside of the carrier and in contact with the carrier. The periphery of the electrode is covered by the insulating material.

摘要: The disclosure relates to lipid-coated calcium carbonate nanoparticles, said nanoparticles comprising an outer layer and a core being calcium carbonate nanoparticle, wherein said core is vaterite, proto-vaterite, or amorphous calcium carbonate as determined by X-Ray diffraction, wherein said core is at least partially coated with one or more amphiphilic compounds each having one hydrophilic head and at least one hydrophobic tail, remarkable in that the hydrophilic heads are negatively charged and form the outer layer of the nanoparticles, in that the nanoparticles have a surface charge having a ζ-potential below 0 mV as determined by micro-electrophoretic light scattering technology and in that said one or more amphiphilic compounds are PEG-free. The disclosure also relates to methods for forming such nanoparticles, for modulating the electrical charge of such nanoparticles as well as to the uses of such nanoparticles.

摘要: A pH sensor comprises: a chamber for receiving an electrolyte solution; a first and a second ion-sensitive field effect transistor (ISFETs), each of the first and second ISFETs having a source terminal, a drain terminal and a transistor channel extending between the source terminal and the drain terminal, a dielectric layer with a sensing surface arranged in the chamber so as to be contactable by the electrolyte solution, the dielectric layer separating the sensing surface from the transistor channel; a first measurement circuit configured to measure a first source-drain resistance across the transistor channel of the first ISFET; and a second measurement circuit configured to measure a second source-drain resistance across the transistor channel of the second ISFET. The first and second measurement circuits include a common reference electrode, the reference electrode arranged contactable by the electrolyte solution in the chamber. The dielectric layer of first ISFET has a first thickness and the dielectric layer of the second ISFET has a second thickness different from the first thickness.
