摘要: A method for producing a propylene-based polymer, including polymerizing propylene or propylene and an α-olefin except propylene in the presence of a catalyst with a horizontal polymerization reactor equipped with stirring vanes rotating around a horizontal axis therein by a continuous vapor-phase polymerization, which removes heat of polymerization by heat of vaporization of a liquefied propylene, wherein the reactor can set a plurality of area sections different in temperature in a horizontal direction inside the reactor, and satisfies at least one of i) a temperature difference, ΔT1=Tω−Tα, between an area section including an upstream end of the reactor (Tα) and a downstream end (Tω) thereof is 0.1 to 20° C. and ii) a temperature difference, ΔT2=Tx−Tz, between an area section including a catalyst feed part (Tx) and dew point (Tz) of a mix gas in the reactor is 0 to 5° C.

摘要: The apparatus for manufacturing solid particles at a nano level includes a chamber for isolation from an external space, a monoaxial rotary disk disposed in the chamber, a receiving surface at one end of the rotary disk, a material supply mechanism for supplying the material to the receiving surface, a rotary mechanism for applying a centrifugal force to the rotary disk so that the raw material supplied to the receiving surface is produced into a thin film and atomized and scattered from the outer peripheral edge, and a control mechanism for the temperature in the chamber that controls the temperature at least at the outer peripheral edge of the receiving surface and on the side nearer to the center of rotation to a temperature lower than a volatilization temperature of a volatile solvent and the temperature at the outer side therefrom to the volatilization temperature of the volatile solvent or higher.

摘要: It is made possible to scale up the throughput of a chemical plant using microreactors. The chemical plant has a liquid sending line communicating with a raw material tank at a bifurcation of raw material and a means for detecting the flow of raw material and a control valve for adjusting the flow located in the line. In each branch line to each of the multiple microreactors connected in parallel, there are provided a means for monitoring the flow rate of raw material and a means for adjusting this flow rate. A control apparatus monitors the flow rate in each liquid sending line and adjusts the quantity of liquid sent from each control valve and each pump to avoid the influence of an air bubble or deposit in each line.

摘要: It was difficult to acquire a good CO cleanup efficiency in a hydrogen refining apparatus, for instance, when the start-up and stop operations are frequently repeated.A hydrogen refining apparatus, including a shifter having a shifting catalyst body containing noble metals and metal oxides, and a reforming section for supplying hydrogen gas containing carbon monoxide to the shifter, (1) the temperature of an upstream side of the shifting catalyst body relative to the hydrogen gas flow being substantially between 300° C. and 500° C. and (2) the temperature of a downstream side of the shifting catalyst body relative to the hydrogen gas flow being substantially at 300° C. or less.

摘要: For the stabilization of the reaction, especially, for maintaining reaction temperature, the feedback control by the feedback unit is performed for to the supply of air (, oxygen, or oxidizing agent), whereas other materials are supplied by the open-loop control according to the instruction of the flow selection unit which indicates a preset value depending on the required hydrogen production volume. In addition, the continuous flow setting unit capable of changing the flow continuously is employed for the supply system of the air, whereas the flow control of the other materials is performed by use of the discrete flow setting units each of which provides the discretized flow by use of the on-off combination of two or more on-off valves.

摘要: A system and method is provided for starting a catalytic reactor supplied with an oxygen-containing reactant gas, such as air, and a vaporized liquid fuel comprising carbon and hydrogen, such as methanol. The temperature difference between the temperature in the inlet area of the catalytic reactor and the temperature in the outlet area of the catalytic reactor is monitored, and the supply of the liquid fuel is adjusted based on the temperature difference, while the reactant gas is supplied to the catalytic reactor continuously.
