摘要: There is provided a method for evaluating a user-specified path in an activity in which the user is to select a plurality of targets, the method in an electronic device comprising receiving information on a plurality of targets and information on the user-specified path; defining a respective evaluation area for each target; and determining whether the user has successfully selected a first target in the plurality of targets by: determining from the user-specified path an entry point for the user-specified path into the evaluation area for the first target and an exit point for the user-specified path out of the evaluation area for the first target; determining a first measure of similarity being a measure of similarity for the part of the user-specified path in the evaluation area for the first target and a first path that is a straight line from the determined entry point to the determined exit point; determining a second measure of similarity being a measure of similarity for the part of the user-specified path in the evaluation area for the first target and a second path formed from a first straight-line section from the determined entry point to the first target and a second straight-line section from the first target to the determined exit point; and comparing the determined first and second measures of similarity to determine whether the user has successfully selected the first target.

摘要: Training data including a first and second group of questions each associated with an answer is read into memory by a computer. A class of answers including the answer to a question for each question is determined, where each class of answers has a class label that is associated with each of the questions, and each of the questions are classified into a respective class of answers, accordingly. First and second training data is generated including the first and second groups of questions and corresponding classes of answers for use in first and second classifiers, respectively. Each question of the first and second group of questions is classified by the second and first classifiers, respectively, where the classifying generates corresponding classification results. The first or second training data is updated based on the classification results to generate corresponding updated first or second training data, respectively.

摘要: The invention presents an intelligent deployment cascade control (IDCC) device for frequency division duplexing (FDD)-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing access (OFDMA) indoor small cell to enable easy installation, multi-user (MU)service reliability, optimum throughput, power saving, minimum interference and good cell coverage. The proposed IDCC device is designed with a cascade architecture, which mainly contains five units including a resource allocator, a minimum throughput/cell edge CQI converter, an adaptive neural fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) based initial transmit power setting controller (ITPSC) in the first cascade unit, an ANFIS based channel quality index (CQI) decision controller (CQIDC) in the second cascade unit and an ANFIS based self-optimization power controller (SOPC) in the third cascade unit. The SOPC consists of three parts, namely the transmit power adjustment estimator (TPAE), transmission power assignment and self-optimization power controller protection mechanism.

Specifically, systems that when taken alone, or together, provide an individual or group of individuals with an intuitive and comfortable vehicular environment. The present disclosure includes a system to generate a vehicle communication system. The vehicle communication system can determine which devices are within the vehicle. From this determination, the vehicle communication system may create a universal bus and hotspot where applications, data, multimedia information, and resources can be shared both with the vehicle and with the other devices in the vehicle.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for normalizing hotel rooms across independent distribution channels. The method includes creating a meta-category matrix of sameness metrics for the hotel rooms based on a set of attributes. Room descriptions for a plurality of the hotel rooms are retrieved from a plurality of the independent distribution channels. Equivalent hotel rooms are automatically assigned to the same meta-category based on a rule set applied to the retrieved room descriptions and the set of attributes. Hotel rooms that do not correspond to one of the meta-categories are identified, and are manually assigned to a meta-category. The rule set is then revised based on the manual assignment.

摘要: Systems and methods provide a real time cash incentive to a user for purchasing a hotel room using a web-based portal. The method includes prompting the user to provide a date, a geographic location, and a credential, then determining a consumer class and a lifetime value for the user based on the credential. Respective price quotes are received from a plurality of remote websites based on the date and geographic location. A weighted algorithm is applied to the price quotes to determine a fair market value (FMV), wherein the weights are based on the consumer class. A member preferred rate (MPR) is determined based on the FMV and the lifetime value, wherein the difference between the MPR and the FMV comprises a savings value. The method further includes displaying, on a user interface associated with the web-based portal, the FMV, the MPR, and indicia of the plurality of remote websites upon which the FMV is based.

The method includes receiving, from a user, a credential and a selected product category. The method includes executing one of a number of business rule sets based on a brand identifier for a site. A number of price points are retrieved from remote servers using the retrieved product rule set. A fair market value (FMV) for the requested product using the plurality of price points. A cost basis for the requested product is retrieved from a database. A member preferred rate (MPR) for the requested product is calculated based on the FMV, the cost basis, the executed business rule set, and the lifetime value. The FMV, MPR, and a plurality of hyperlinks corresponding to a subset of the plurality of remote servers are displayed simultaneously via the user interface.
