    摘要: The lifetime of optical components used in deep-UV (DUV) excimer laser systems, including systems in a MOPA configuration, can be increased by reducing the intensity of pulses incident upon these components. In one approach, an output pulse can be “stretched” in order to reduce the peak power of the pulse. A pulse stretching component can be used, which can be mounted outside the laser enclosure with a horizontal beam path in order to provide a delay line with a minimum impact on the laser system footprint. The horizontal beam path also can minimize the number of optical components in the arm containing the high power beam. A beamsplitting prism can be used with the delay line to avoid the rapid degradation of coatings otherwise exposed to intense UV beams. The prism can expand the beam in the delay line in order to minimize beam intensity and losses due to reflection.

It is the object of the invention to reduce the wear and eliminate squeaking symptoms of convoluted boots treated with the inventive impregnating agent. In accordance with the invention, the objective is achieved in that the impregnating agent contains a carrier fluid, an oil dissolved in the carrier fluid and having a molecular weight of >200, and a wetting agent which is soluble in oil and which reduces the surface tension of the oil.

The chain conveyor includes two conveyor chains disposed opposite one another and revolving together during operation, and at least one gripper bar extending in a direction transverse to and between the two conveyor chains. An expansion joint is provided to connect one end of the gripper bar to one of the conveyor chains and to allow movement of the gripper bar in the direction transverse to the two conveyor chains. The expansion joint may also allow rotational movement of the gripper bar. The expansion joint reduces wear of the conveyor chains by allowing the gripper bar to move.
