摘要: The invention provides an iron-based cleaning powder capable of efficiently decomposing organic halides. The iron-based cleaning powder is made of iron alloy powder or iron powder produced with an atomization process. The iron alloy powder passes a 300 &mgr;m-mesh sieve at a proportion of not less than 90% and has an H2-reduction mass loss of 0.1 to 0.8% when it contains 0.3 to 1.1% of Mn. When the iron alloy powder contains 0.2 to 12% of Ni, it has an H2-reduction mass loss of 0.1 to 1.0%. The iron powder is used as mixed powder or partially alloyed powder together with Ni-containing powder. The iron powder passes a 300 &mgr;m-mesh sieve at a proportion of not less than 90% and has an H2-reduction mass loss of 0.1 to 1.0%. The Ni-containing powder has a Ni content of not less than 40% and passes a 45 &mgr;m-mesh sieve at a proportion of not less than 90%. The iron alloy powder and the iron powder have a martensite structure or a tempered martensite structure.

摘要: An average value of dimensions of resist patterns formed each time exposure processing is effected on semiconductor substrates of a predetermined number of lots, is compared with a target dimension. When a drift between each of the dimensions of the formed resist patterns and the target dimension is larger than a first value, exposure energy is corrected with a relatively large correction value &agr;1. When the drift between each of the dimensions of the formed resist patterns and the target dimension is smaller than the first value and larger than a second value, exposure energy is corrected with a relatively small correction value &agr;2. When the drift between each of the dimensions of the formed resist patterns and the target dimension is smaller than the second value, no exposure energy is corrected. Exposure processing is effected on a semiconductor substrate of the next lot by using the calculated exposure energy.

摘要: A compact GPS receiver includes a GPS antenna composed of a patch and a ground plane to receive high frequency satellite signals, an analog circuit which processes the high frequency satellite signals into a digital signal, a digital circuit which processes the digital signal to compute positional coordinates of the GPS antenna, and an interface connector which outputs the positional coordinates to an external device. A substrate is provided to support the GPS antenna, the analog circuit, the digital circuit, and the interface connector. An EMI (electromagnetic interference) shield is provided to shield at least the digital circuit to block a noise developing at the digital circuit from interfering with the GPS antenna. The GPS antenna is mounted on the EMI shield to share the ground plane with the EMI shield, while keeping the patch insulated electrically from the EMI shield. Thus, the GPS receiver can be made compact by making the use of the EMI shield also as the ground plane of the antenna, while assuring to block the noise from interfering with the antenna and affording sufficient antenna gain with the increased ground plane.

摘要: In a mobile communication system, a data communication fixed station 3 and a voice communication fixed station 4 control a common service area, the connection between a mobile station 5 and the data communication fixed station 3 can be quickened. The data communication fixed station 3 notifies, sequentially, the voice communication fixed station 4 of channel informations (e.g., usable channels, traffic quantity). The voice communication fixed station 4 receives the channel information via a broadcast channel for voice communication, and broadcasts the channel information to the mobile stations. When the mobile station 5 is to execute packet communication with an ISDN 1 via the data communication fixed station 3, the mobile station 5 selects an appropriate channel among the channels broadcasted thereto, and notifies the data communication fixed station 3 of the selected channel. As such, since the mobile station 5 can determine the channel before the actual communication between the mobile station 5 and the data communication fixed station 3 takes place, the connection between the mobile station 5 and the data communication fixed station 3 can be quickened.

摘要: An image of the original document is read rapidly to effect quick production of the first copy even when the function of the shading correction and the function of the color/monochrome judgment operate. A waiting position P2 of a first slider 211 is located on the opposite side from a scan starting position P3 in reference to a reading area for the original document, and a location of a shading correction plate 206 is interposed between the reading area for the original document and the waiting position P2 of the first slider 211. While the first slider 211 is in the process of returning from the waiting position P2 to the scan starting position P3 for the preparation of reading the image of the original, a shading correction and a color/monochrome judgment are carried out for preventing the first slider 211 from having extra motion.
