    摘要: A method enables an exchange of encoded data packets between a first electronic device and a second electronic device, wherein the first electronic device supports a first type of coding. In case the second electronic device supports the first type of coding, a header reduction component is used to perform a header reduction and extension, respectively, on data packets encoded with the first type of coding. In case the second electronic device supports a second type of coding, the header reduction component is modified to convert data packets encoded with the first type of coding into data packets encoded with the second type of coding, and to convert data packets encoded with the second type of coding into data packets encoded with the first type of coding.

A method of streaming multimedia includes transmitting a signal from a client device to a multimedia server.     摘要: A continuously variable multi-position magnetron that is rotated about a central axis in back of a sputtering target at a freely selected radius. The position is dynamically controlled from the outside, for example, through a hydraulic actuator connected between a pivoting arm supporting the magnetron and an arm fixed to the shaft, by two coaxial shafts independent controllable from the outside and supporting the magnetron through a frog-leg mechanism, or a cable connected between the pivoting arms and moved by an external slider. The magnetron can be rotated at two, three, or more discrete radii or be moved in a continuous spiral pattern.

    摘要: A structure and method to establish an electrical connection between a tester and an electrical component. A flexible dielectric layer has a first side and a second side. A through via extends through the first side and the second side of the dielectric layer. A blind via is placed in a position that is offset from the through via and extends laterally in a first direction from a section of the first through via to a section of the flexible dielectric layer. The blind via extends in a second direction from the first side of the flexible dielectric layer to a section of the flexible dielectric layer that is between the first side and the second side of the dielectric layer. An electrically conductive member extends through the through via and extends into the blind via, thereby filling the through via and the blind via. The electrically conductive member has a first surface and a second surface. Any distance between the first surface and the second surface is greater than a distance between the first side of the dielectric layer and the second side of the dielectric layer.
