    摘要: The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition which excels in impact resistance, dimension stability and rigidity, and also excels in appearance, fluidity and paint film adhesion property, and further which is very useful as manufacturing materials for exterior parts of automobile. A thermoplastic resin composition comprising component (A): a polyamide resin; component (B): a hydrogenated product of block copolymer comprising vinyl aromatic polymer block (a) and conjugated diene based polymer block (b), and/or ethylene-α-olefin based block copolymer; component (C): a modified hydrogenated product of block copolymer comprising the vinyl aromatic polymer block (a) and the conjugated diene based polymer block (b), which hydrogenated product is modified by addition of an unsaturated acid and/or derivative thereof; component (D): a plate-like and/or needle-like inorganic filler; and component (F): an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and/or a partial saponified product of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.

    摘要: In a compression ignition engine employing a variable valve actuation mechanism variably adjusting an intake valve characteristic including at least one of an intake valve lift and an intake valve closure timing, a control system operates to temporarily lower an effective compression ratio of the engine by controlling the intake valve characteristic during a cranking period of cold starting operation. At a point of time when a predetermined cranking speed threshold value has been reached owing to a cranking speed rise, the effective compression ratio is risen by controlling the intake valve characteristic. After combustion of the engine has been stabilized, the intake valve characteristic is brought closer to a desired value determined based on engine operating conditions by way of closed-loop control.

    摘要: A digital communication device includes: a modulator having encoding means for converting two-dimensional digital information signal into a three-dimensional signal and phase modulation means for modifying the carrier phase in according to the three-dimensional signal; and a demodulator having phase demodulation means for detecting information on the three-dimensional signal from the received phase-modulated wave and demodulation means for deciding the two-dimensional digital information from the information on the three-dimensional signal. The digital communication device has a bit error ratio and an occupied radio band width equivalent to a digital communication device using the conventional QPSK or π/4 shift QPSK and the error correction method and greatly improves the amplitude fluctuation. Moreover, the digital communication device can transmit a signal with a narrower occupied frequency band width while maintaining the same constant envelope characteristic as the GMSK using the conventional error correction code.

    摘要: A variable valve operating system of an internal combustion engine includes a first variable mechanism capable of variably controlling a lift characteristic of an intake valve, and a second variable mechanism capable of variably controlling a valve-open and/or valve-close timing characteristic of the intake valve. A position detector detects current actual positions of the first and second variable mechanisms. A controller responds to a detected failure position of one of the first or second variable mechanisms by controlling movement of the other of the variable mechanisms within a predetermined range that avoids interference between the engine valve and a piston and between the intake and exhaust valves when the one variable mechanism fails.
