    摘要: Provided is a sampling bottle with easy handling of dejection sample, simple structure, reliable prevention of scattering dejection sample and propagation of offensive smell to nearby environments, and good quantitative precision. The sampling bottle has a bottle main body having an open bottom end and a nozzle unit closed by a thin wall capable of being opened, the bottle main body being capable of containing test liquid, and a sample holding unit insertable into the bottle main body from the open bottom end. The sample holding unit has an inner plug and a sample pickup rod. The sample pickup rod is pierced into sample dejection. The sample pickup rod with attached dejection is inserted into the inner plug. Excessive sample attached to the outer surface of the sample pickup rod is scraped off by the scrape section. The scraped, excessive sample is accommodated and sealed within an excessive sample room between the inner plug and the sample pickup rod. The sample holding section is aligned with the windows of the inner plug, and the sample attached to the top end of the sample pickup rod is sealed within the top inner space of the inner plug.

    摘要: A drive signal generation circuit generates drive signals that control ON and OFF states of transistors of a H-bridge circuit, in accordance with a target value of torque. A driver circuit alternatively turns ON and OFF high side transistors, and low side transistors of the H-bridge circuit, based on the drive signals outputted from the drive signal generation circuit. The driver circuit immediately turns OFF the high side transistors, when an instruction is issued to stop a motor, and after a predetermined delay time τd has elapsed, turns OFF the low side transistors.

    摘要: Soyasapogenol B is biosynthesized via two steps of hydroxylation reaction of its precursor β-amyrin. However, the gene of the hydroxylase concerned in this reaction has not been revealed. Therefore, it was impossible to apply a genetic engineering technique on the hydroxylase. The present inventors reveals that a sequence which corresponds to a soybean-derived cytochrome P-450 gene CYP93E1 encodes an enzyme protein that carries out hydroxylation of the 24-position of an oleanane type triterpene, and also provides a method for applying said gene making use of a genetic engineering technique.

    摘要: A motor driving circuit generates pulse driving signals, and controls the ON/OFF state of a switching circuit connected to a coil of a motor which is to be driven, thereby controlling the conduction period of the motor. A driving signal generating circuit generates the driving signals such that they are pulse modulated according to the torque target value for the motor, and outputs the driving signals to the switching circuit. A current detection circuit detects the current flowing through the coil of the motor. A current limiting circuit controls the logical values of the driving signals generated by the driving signal generating circuit such that the current detected by the current detection circuit does not exceed a predetermined current upper limit. The current limiting circuit increases the current upper limit according to the time elapsed in the starting operation of the motor. After the starting operation of the motor, the current upper limit is set to a predetermined fixed value.

    摘要: As shown in FIG. 4, as coupling holding means 20 for holding coupling between a socket S10 and a plug P10, an engaging projection 22 is formed in the plug P10 and an engaging recess 21 is formed in the socket S10 so that the socket S10 is coupled with the plug P10 accurately by an operation to engage the projection 22 with the recess 21 after an overriding operation of the projection 22. Additionally, on the plug P10 is provided a cam portion 31 which inclines in substantially a circumferential direction about a central axis running in the coupling direction and a cam follower portion 32 is formed in the socket S10. In a case where an abnormal rotational force exceeding a normal range of use is applied, an automatic release of coupling is made between the cam portion and the cam follower portion.
