The method comprises the alternating processing of the at least two polymer melts into at least one product selected from the group consisting of pellets (P1), fibers (P2), expanded particles (P3), preforms (P4) and articles (P5).

摘要： A preform is biaxially stretch blow molded into a container by using a liquid as a pressurizing medium. The preform is formed in a bottomed tubular shape including a mouth, a trunk, and a bottom by extrusion blow molding. The preform includes bottom parting lines, which are formed in the bottom due to the extrusion blow molding, and the bottom parting lines are configured to extend to the outer side from the axis of the bottom to divide the bottom into at least three parts in the circumferential direction. Further, a container is formed by biaxially stretch blow molding the preform by using the liquid as the pressurizing medium.

The body portion is between the shoulder portion and the tip portion, and is configured to form a container body. The outer surface includes a first flat portion and a second flat portion at the tip portion. The first flat portion extends at a first angle and the second flat portion extends at a second angle that is different than the first angle.

摘要： An improved process for forming a PTFE mat is described. The process includes providing a dispersion with PTFE, a fiberizing polymer and a solvent wherein said dispersion has a viscosity of at least 50,000 cP. An apparatus is provided which comprises a charge source and a target a distance from the charge source. A voltage source is provided which creates a first charge at the charge source and an opposing charge at the target. The dispersion is electrostatically charged by contact with the charge source. The electrostatically charged dispersion is collected on the target to form a mat precursor which is heated to remove the solvent and the fiberizing polymer thereby forming the PTFE mat.

A method for producing a composite preform is also provided.
