    摘要: Image data is captured by a digital still camera at a rate characterized as slow video. The slow video data stream is slow enough that relatively slow memory can be utilized for on-the-fly storage of the slow video data stream. Audio data is recorded at the same time that image data is recorded at a slow video data rate, thereby accompanying the images collected in slow video mode. Synchronization markers are stored with the audio data, where each synchronization marker is associated with a single frame of the stored video data. As the audio data is played back, an individual video frame is retrieved and displayed when the corresponding synchronization marker is encountered.

An example method involves receiving, by a processor and from an inertial measurement unit (IMU), sensor data corresponding to a first timeframe, and storing the sensor data using a data buffer. The processor may also receive image data and sensor data corresponding to a second timeframe. The processor may then generate a digital image that includes at least the image data corresponding to the second timeframe and the sensor data corresponding to the first timeframe and the second timeframe. The processor may embed the stored sensor data corresponding to the first timeframe and the second timeframe in pixels of the digital image. And the processor may provide the digital image to an application processor of the mobile device.

    摘要: In one embodiment, a mobile device captures images at a rate different than playback speed. The mobile device receives a user input to initiate a collection of image data by a mobile device. A timer is incremented in response to the collection of image data or in response to the user input. The mobile device compares an elapsed time of the timer to a threshold. The image data is captured at a first frame rate until the elapsed time reaches the threshold and at a second frame rate when the timer exceeds the threshold. A series of thresholds may be used.
