Abstract: Computing systems and methods for facilitating mobile transactions are disclosed. An example method includes: detecting, via a hardware communication interface, a user check-in request based at least on a communication exchange between a user device and a signaling device at a location. The communication exchange corresponds to a proximity of the user device to the signaling device. The method further includes: determining a user identifier associated with the user device based at least on the user check-in request; and transmitting one or more promotional items to the user device based at least on the user identifier.

Abstract: A method and device for transmitting a service are disclosed. A terminal device receives position information of specific radio frames in a time unit, and position information of a specific subframe in each of the specific radio frames in the time unit from a base station. Every 2m radio frames in the time unit include one specific radio frame, the position information of the specific radio frames in the time unit comprises a value of a period of the specific radio frames in the time unit, and a length of the period is 2m radio frames, where m is a nonnegative integer. The terminal device receives the service carried in the specific subframe in one or more of the specific radio frames from the base station in accordance with the position information of the specific radio frames and the position information of the specific subframe.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprising a computing device, which provides Efficient Data-In-Transit Protection Techniques for Handheld Devices (EDITH) to protect data-in-transit. An end user device (EUD) may generate a multicast data packet. The EDITH module of the EUD encapsulates the data packet in a GRE packet and directs the GRE packet to a unicast destination address of an EDITH Multicast Router included in an infrastructure. The EDITH module on the EUD double compresses and double encrypts the GRE packet. The EDITH module on the infrastructure decrypts and decompresses the double compressed and double encrypted GRE packet to recreate the GRE packet. The EDITH module on the infrastructure decapsulates the GRE packet to derive the original multicast data packet, and distributes the original multicast data packet to the multiple group member based on the multicast destination address included in the original multicast data packet.

Abstract: A network includes a mobile network node (MNN) that includes a mobile node communications manager (MNCM) to facilitate wireless communications to a plurality of stationary network nodes (SNNs) in a wireless network via a wireless network protocol. The MNCM utilizes a multicast address received over the wireless network. The multicast address is assigned to a predetermined network time slot to communicate uplink data from the MNN to the SNNs. The MNN receives downlink data via a separate predetermined network address and time slot assigned to a given SNN.

Abstract: A multicast rule is represented in a hierarchical linked list with N tiers. Each tier or level in the hierarchical linked list corresponds to a network layer of a network stack that requires replication. Redundant groups in each tier are eliminated such that the groups in each tier are stored exactly once in a replication table. A multicast replication engine traverses the hierarchical linked list and replicates a packet according to each node in the hierarchical linked list.

Abstract: A method and apparatus include determining for use with a user equipment a measurement configuration, which includes at least information on a frequency location of synchronization signals, a carrier frequency value, and a measurement bandwidth. The measurement configuration is transmitted to the user equipment by higher layer signaling, where the higher layer signaling is above the physical layer. One or more synchronization signals are transmitted on the frequency location, from which a first identity value can be determined. A broadcast channel is transmitted to the user equipment from which a second identity value can be determined, the broadcast channel including a first reference signal based on the first identity value. A second reference signal based on the first identity value, the second identity value, the frequency location of synchronization signals, the carrier frequency value, and the measurement bandwidth is transmitted.

Abstract: Techniques for leveraging MLD capabilities at edge nodes of network fabrics to receive SNMAs from silent hosts, and creating unicast addresses from the SNMAs for the silent nodes that are used as secondary matches in a network overlay if primary unicast address lookups fail. The edge nodes described herein may act as snoopers of MLD reports in order to identify the SNMAs of the silent hosts. The edge nodes then forge unicast addresses for the silent hosts that match with the least three bytes of the SNMAs. The forged unicast addresses are presented as unicast MAC/IP mappings in the fabric overlay. In situations where a primary IP address lookup fails, the look-up device performs a secondary lookup for a mapped address that has the last three bytes of the IP address. If a mapping is found, the lookup is sent as a unicast message to the matching MAC address.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first transmission including encoded bits of a data packet and a second transmission including some or all of the encoded bits of the data packet. The first transmission associated with a first limited buffer rate matching (LBRM) configuration and the second transmission may be associated with a second LBRM configuration. The UE may process the first transmission and the second transmission based on the first LBRM associated with the first transmission being different than the second LBRM associated with the second transmission.

Abstract: Systems and methods for supporting dual-port virtual router in a high performance computing environment. In accordance with an embodiment, a dual port router abstraction can provide a simple way for enabling subnet-to-subnet router functionality to be defined based on a switch hardware implementation. A virtual dual-port router can logically be connected outside a corresponding switch port. This virtual dual-port router can provide an InfiniBand specification compliant view to a standard management entity, such as a Subnet Manager. In accordance with an embodiment, a dual-ported router model implies that different subnets can be connected in a way where each subnet fully controls the forwarding of packets as well as address mappings in the ingress path to the subnet.
