Sensor coupled to the ultrasound probe provides position information related to an ultrasound imaging position in the object. A processor performs first registration between the medical image and the ultrasound image based on the anatomical feature in the ultrasound image and a medical image of the object acquired by imaging modality different from the ultrasound apparatus, obtains first registration information which provides a relationship between a coordinate system of the medical image and a coordinate system of the ultrasound image based on the first registration, performs second registration between the sensor and the medical image based on the position information and the first registration information, and obtains second registration information based on the second registration. A display may display a portion of the medical image corresponding to the ultrasound imaging position based on the second registration information. The medical image includes one of SPECT, PET, MR, PET-CT, and PET-MR image.

Disclosed are a method of encoding a division block in video encoding and a method of decoding a division block in video decoding. An input picture is divided into encoding unit blocks. The encoding unit blocks are divided into sub-blocks. The sub-blocks are encoded by selectively using at least one of intra prediction encoding and inter prediction encoding. A decoding process is performed through a reverse process of the encoding method. When pixel values of an encoding unit block are encoded in video encoding, the flexibility in selecting an encoding mode is increased and the efficiency of encoding is increased.

The power module includes: a power factor correction stage switching input power to correct a power factor thereof; a DC/DC conversion stage switching the power of which the power factor has been corrected by the power factor correction stage to convert the power into preset DC power; a control unit controlling the power factor correction stage and the DC/DC conversion stage to perform a power conversion operation in a preset powered mode and stopping the power conversion operation of the DC/DC conversion stage in a preset idle mode; and a reference voltage supply unit supplying a preset reference voltage to the DC/DC conversion stage in the idle mode.

The present invention provides a method and a device for controlling contents of a user terminal having a touch screen, a recording medium therefor, and a user terminal having the same. The present invention relates to a method for controlling the contents of a user terminal having a touch screen, wherein, when a touch is detected on the touch screen while executing contents conversion, a part of the contents gets fixed on the basis of the detected location of the touch. Therefore, two or more contents can be easily compared using the fixed contents region as reference contents.

The scheduling method of a base station of a wireless communication system includes determining a first status variable for an increment of whole network utility to data amount allocated to at least one terminal and a second status variable for an increment of the whole network utility to a scheduling chance allocated to the terminal, determining a scheduling metric based on the first and second status variables, and scheduling the at least one terminal based on the scheduling metric.

The present invention relates to a mutant microorganism, which is selected from the group consisting of genus Mannheimia, genus Actinobacillus and genus Anaerobiospirillum, producing homo-succinic acid and a method for producing homo-succinic acid using the same, and more particularly to a mutant microorganism producing succinic acid at a high concentration while producing little or no other organic acids in anaerobic conditions, which is obtained by disrupting a gene encoding lactate dehydrogenase (ldhA), a gene encoding phosphotransacetylase (pta), and a gene encoding acetate kinase (ackA), without disrupting a gene encoding pyruvate formate lyase (pfl), as well as a method for producing succinic acid using the same. The inventive mutant microorganism has the property of having a high growth rate and succinic acid productivity while producing little or no organic acids, as compared to the prior strains producing succinic acid. Thus, the inventive mutant microorganism is useful to produce succinic acid for industrial use.
