摘要： A parallel processor of a distributed sample scrambler of cell-based physical layer of ISDN(Integrated Service Digital Network) used in a 16-bit mode of utopia interface is disclosed. The parallel processor employs a simple logic to process a predetermined bit of pseudo random binary bit stream in parallel, discriminating the cell boundary of the IDSN easily and reliably. The parallel processor comprises a first pseudo random bit stream production block for producing a first pseudo random binary bit stream within a word parallel clock according to a predetermined byte of an ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) cell applied from an external; a second pseudo random bit stream production block for producing a second pseudo random binary bit stream within a word parallel clock according to the predetermined byte of the ATM cell; and a selector for selectively producing one of the first and the second pseudo random binary bit streams according to an external signal.

摘要： In performing data communication between a subscriber terminal and a scanner of a remote information processing system, there is provided a data modulator-demodulator apparatus of a pseudo noise spread spectrum communication system for executing the data transmission and reception at a high speed, regardless of a voice speech use on a transmitting line. The transmitter part of the modulator-demodulator apparatus has a modulator which uses a pseudo noise code, generated by a pseudo noise code generator, to band spread real data, and the band spread data is converted to analog information by a transmitting converter for transmission over a transmitting line. The receiver part of the modulator-demodulator apparatus has a receiving converter which recovers operation clock data from the received analog signal, and converts a received analog signal to digital data. A demodulator in the receiver part then de-spreads the digital data in response to the pseudo noise code generated by the pseudo noise code generator.

摘要： Disclosed herein are ammonia-specific 5′-XMP aminase mutants and a method for preparing the same. A mutation is introduced into the active site of glutamine-dependent catalysis in 5′-XMP aminase. The resulting 5′-XMP aminase mutant is devoid of the glutamine-dependent activity and specifically reacts with external ammonia in converting 5′-XMP into 5′-GMP. Thus, the ammonia-specific 5′-XMP aminase mutant is stabler within cells compared to the wild type, and can be useful in the industrial conversion of 5′-XMP into 5′-GMP.
