    摘要: The invention relates to a process for metering fuel with a fuel injector (1), in particular an injector for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines. The fuel injector has an actuator (14) and a valve closing body (6) which can be activated by the actuator (14) to produce a valve stroke, and the valve closing body cooperates with a valve seat face (5) to form a sealing seat. The valve closing body (6) and/or valve seat face (5) has at least one swirl element (27; 41) to produce a swirling flow. In order to vary the fuel distribution of fuel injected by the fuel injector (1), the valve stroke triggered by the actuator (14) has a variable opening speed, whereby a transition from an at least approximately swirl-free preliminary flow of the injected fuel to a swirling flow of the injected fuel is produced by varying the opening speed.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for isolating anionic organic substances from aqueous systems using polymer nanoparticles with cationic pH-sensitive surface groups. Extraction can be carried out directly from diluted solutions, biological media (blood plasma, serum, urine, etc.) and complex buffer systems (e.g. PCR preparations contain detergents) without prior derivatization of the samples or addition of binding buffers. After separation from the surrounding medium the conjugates of the corresponding substances and polymer nanoparticles obtained in this manner can be purified through additional washing steps and effectively desalinated. Owing to the pH-sensitivity of the basic surface groups, the bound substances can be released in a targeted manner after separation by modification of the pH of the medium. By using volatile bases contamination of the released samples with ionic residues can be avoided. By adding small quantities of SDS and acetonitrile during the separation stage, the sensitivity of the method can be raised further, especially when the substance to be isolated are present in low concentrations (

    摘要: An electrohydraulic unit for controlling pressure in slip-controlled motor vehicle brake systems comprises a hydraulic block, with an electric motor mounted on a first side, and a control unit secured to an opposite second side of the hydraulic block. Electrical terminals of the electric motor are passed through the hydraulic block and are embodied inside the control unit as resilient contact means. The contact means engage contact faces of the control unit with an initial stress. The resilient contact means make electrical plugs in the control unit unnecessary, and they compensate for tolerances in and transverse to the mounting direction of the electric motor and control unit.

    摘要: A fuel-injection valve having a metallic perforated disc arranged on a valve-seat body downstream of a valve-seat. The perforated disc arranged on the valve-seat body is supported by a supporting disc which is provided with a passage orifice and which is thicker than the perforated disc. This effectively prevents an undesirable bending of the perforated disc and at the same time improves the fuel treatment at the spray orifices. The supporting disc is made pot-shaped and is welded, together with the perforated disc, to the valve-seat body by a continuous welding seam. The fuel-injection valve is used in fuel-injection systems of mixture-compressing spark-ignition internal-combustion engines.

The perforated silicon plate has at least one elongated recess on an upper end face oriented toward the valve seat face; this recess at least partly overlaps a metering opening extending as far as a lower face end of the perforated plate. The perforated plate makes it possible to form flat streams, so that very fine atomization of the injected fuel is attained. Forming the elongated recesses and atomization openings by etching makes high-precision manufacture possible at low production cost. The perforated plate and fuel injection valve are especially suitable for injection systems of mixture-compressing internal combustion engines with externally supplied ignition.
