Abstract:
A manufacturing equipment for galvanized steel sheet includes coating tub to coat steel sheet dipped in coating bath wherein the bath including molten zinc and Al is stored at bath temperature T1, separating tub to separate by a flotation top-dross by precipitating the top-dross in the bath wherein the bath transferred from the coating tub is stored at bath temperature T2 lower than T1, adjusting tub to dissolve dross wherein the bath transferred from the separating tub is stored at bath temperature T3 higher than T2 and Fe of the bath is unsaturated, and circulator to circulate the bath in order of the coating tub, the separating tub, and the adjusting tub.
Abstract:
A fluid pump for pumping fluid. The fluid pump includes a driver having a substantially tubular shaped body defining a body axis and, a number of elements circumferentially spaced around the body. Each element is responsive to a signal to so as cause a corresponding portion of the body to expand or contract in a direction substantially parallel to the tube axis. The pump also includes an urging member positioned in a flow path. In use, the urging member is coupled to the driver such that selective expansion and/or contraction of the body causes the urging member to rotate, thereby urging fluid along the flow path.
Abstract:
After immersing an extruded flat tubed strip, in an immersion tank containing a slurry of a brazing material having brazing metallic powder and brazing flux powder mixed in alcohol that has binder dissolved therein, the extruded flat tubed strip is pulled up virtually vertically. Furthermore, the slurry coated on the extruded flat tubed strip pulled up from the immersion tank is dried and bonded/baked on the extruded flat tubed strip through the drying means.
Abstract:
A multi-coating step immersion coating process for producing a coating of a noble metal on a non-noble metal substrate, wherein the noble metal is of a predetermined amount expressed as a percent of the total weight of coated product, and wherein the non-noble metal substrate is in the form of fine particles or a powder is disclosed. The process also utilizes inter-plating step and post-plating step rinsing step sequences which together with the use of the plurality of coating steps consistently results in high quality product having a uniform coating, excellent corrosion resistance and excellent electrical conductivity. Use of the coated products produced according to the process in a variety of electrically conductive compositions, including plastics, adhesives and inks, and in plastic and resin based electromagnetic shielding materials is also disclosed.
Abstract:
A method of depositing a silicon dioxide film on the surface of a substrate such as alkali-containing glass by bringing the substrate into contact with a treating solution comprising a hydrosilicofluoric acid solution supersaturated with silicon dioxide, which is obtained by increasing the temperature of a hydrosilicofluoric acid solution substantially saturated with silicon dioxide.
Abstract:
A dark heater is produced by a method which comprises coating the first coating layer made of an insulating material with a suspension containing heat-resistant particles having a high thermal emissivity, such as W particles, while 0.5 to 1.5 wt. % of a volatile matter such as water remains in the first coating layer to form a dark coating layer. Since the suspension having a low viscosity can be used, the thickness of the dark coating layer can be made highly uniform and the emission characteristics of the heater can be stabilized.
Abstract:
Tin-lead alloys used for soldering and plating metal wires are improved in their resistance to oxidation when they contain a small amount of aluminum.
