    摘要: The present invention pertains to methods and pharmaceutical compositions for modulating an immune response. The method of the present invention involves administration of an effective amount of nucleic acid molecules encoding interleukin-12 (IL-12), interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), or a combination thereof, to a patient in need of such treatment.     摘要: A drug delivery and diagnostic system can include an orthopedic implant having an outer attachment surface. A conduit can be coupled to the outer attachment surface. The conduit can have an inlet and a plurality of perforations formed along a length thereof. The conduit can be adapted to pass fluid between the inlet and the perforations. A subcutaneous port can be fluidly coupled to the inlet and be adapted to communicate fluid through the inlet, along the conduit and out of the perforations around and along the outer attachment surface of the orthopedic implant.

A robotic chat application receives a service inquiry over a chat session from a chat-enabled device, wherein the service inquiry is associated with a service provider network. A troubleshooting engine collects information from a user of the chat-enabled device regarding the service inquiry. The robotic chat application retrieves a flow definition and an associated query corresponding to the service inquiry based upon the collected information. The troubleshooting engine generates a command, based on the query, for resolving the service inquiry.

    摘要: An implant and method for applying an osteoconductive coating on a non-conductive surface of an implant. The method includes depositing an electroconductive interlayer on at least a portion of a non-conductive implant surface. A secondary process is applied to the interlayer and an osteoconductive coating is thereby formed on the implant. In various embodiments, the electroconductive interlayer is deposited as a non-structural film and comprises a dense, non-porous metal such as titanium, titanium alloys, cobalt, cobalt alloys, chromium, chromium alloys, tantalum, tantalum alloys, iron alloys, stainless steel, and mixtures thereof. The osteoconductive coating may include a metal, a porous metal, or calcium phosphate. The osteoconductive coating may include additional agents, such as bone product, growth factor, bioactive agent, antibiotic, or combinations thereof.
