摘要: A method for preparing a light olefin using an oxygen-containing compound, and a device for use thereof, more specifically, taking methanol and/or dimethyl ether as main starting materials, using a multi-stage (n≧2) dense phase fluidized bed reactor and a multi-stage (m≧2) catalyst regenerator, which solves the problem in the prior art of the uniformity of catalyst carbon deposition and the carbon content being difficult to control and the light olefin selectivity being low.

摘要: Processes for forming refined hydrocarbons are disclosed. Exemplary processes include providing a first mixture comprising ≧10 wt % of at least one oxygenate; contacting at least a portion of the first mixture with a methanol conversion catalyst under suitable conditions including a first pressure, P1, to yield an intermediate composition including olefins having at least two carbon atoms; introducing at least a portion of the intermediate composition to an oligomerization catalyst under suitable conditions including a second pressure, P2, to yield an effluent mixture comprising gasoline boiling range components and distillate boiling range components; and recovering at least a portion of the gasoline boiling range components and distillate boiling range components. The first and second pressure can be relatively similar. Apparatus and systems for carrying out the disclosed processes are also described.

摘要: A method for synthesizing a crystalline molecular sieve SSZ-13, characterized in that the method comprises bringing the following raw materials into contact in water under a crystallization condition: at least one tetravalent silicon source, at least one trivalent aluminium source, at least one alkali metal compound, choline cations and/or SSZ-13 seed crystals, and hydroxide ions. The method avoids using benzyl trimethyl quaternary ammonium ions (BzTMA+) or N,N,N-trimethyl-1-amantadine cations as structure-directing agents, and obtains high-quality crystal molecular sieve SSZ-13. Due to the use of a low-cost nontoxic structure-directing agent, the method has low production price by employing a low-cost nontoxic template, and can be popularized for application.

摘要: A method (100) for producing olefins is proposed, wherein a first gas mixture (b) is produced by means of a steam cracking process (1) and a second gas mixture (s) is produced by means of an oxygenate-to-olefin process (2), the first gas mixture (b) and the second gas mixture (s) each containing at least hydrocarbons with one to four carbon atoms. It is proposed that from the first gas mixture (b) a first fraction (h) is formed which contains at least the great majority of the hydrocarbons with four carbon atoms previously contained in the first gas mixture (b), from the second gas mixture (s) a second fraction (y) is formed which contains at least the great majority of the hydrocarbons with four carbon atoms previously contained in the second gas mixture (s), and that the hydrocarbons contained in the second fraction (y) and previously in the second gas mixture (s) are predominantly subjected in the steam cracking process (1) to cracking conditions under which any n-butane present is reacted by less than 92%. The invention further relates to an apparatus for this purpose.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process to make light olefins, in a combined XTO-OC process, from an oxygen-containing, halogenide-containing or sulphur-containing organic feedstock comprising:a) providing a catalyst comprising zeolitic molecular sieves containing 10 member and larger channels in their microporous structure,b) providing an XTO reaction zone, an OC reaction zone and a catalyst regeneration zone, said catalyst circulating in the three zones, such that at least a portion of the regenerated catalyst is passed to the OC reaction zone, at least a portion of the catalyst in the OC reaction zone is passed to the XTO reaction zone and at least a portion of the catalyst in the XTO reaction zone is passed to the regeneration zone; c) contacting said oxygen-containing, halogenide-containing or sulphur-containing organic feedstock in the XTO reactor with the catalyst at conditions effective to convert at least a portion of the feedstock to form a XTO reactor effluent comprising light olefins and a heavy hydrocarbon fraction; d) separating said light olefins from said heavy hydrocarbon fraction; e) contacting said heavy hydrocarbon fraction in the OC reactor with the catalyst at conditions effective to convert at least a portion of said heavy hydrocarbon fraction to light olefins.

摘要: This invention relates to a process for producing ethanol comprises supplying a feed comprising carbon monoxide, hydrogen and dimethyl ether to a reaction zone operated under conditions such that (i) part of the carbon monoxide in the feed reacts with part of the hydrogen in the feed to produce methanol; (ii) part of the carbon monoxide in the feed reacts with at least part of the dimethyl ether in the feed to produce methyl acetate; and (iii) part of the hydrogen in the feed reacts with at least part of the methyl acetate produced in (ii) to produce an effluent comprising methanol and ethanol. At least part of the ethanol is recovered from the effluent and at least part of the methanol is dehydrated to produce dimethyl ether, which is recycled to the reaction zone.

摘要: A catalyst composite may include a molecular sieve having pores of 10- or more-membered rings and a metal silicate different from the molecular sieve. The metal silicate may include at least one alkaline earth metal and one or more of the following metals: Ga, Al, Ce, In, Cs, Sc, Sn, Li, Zn, Co, Mo, Mn, Ni, Fe, Cu, Cr, Ti and V. The catalyst composite may include at least 0.1 wt % of silicate. The catalyst composite may be used in an XTO reactor or for catalytic cracking.
