Abstract: The present invention provides a light-emitting device comprising a first light-emitting element that emits red light, a second light-emitting element that emits green light, a third light-emitting element that emits blue light, and a color filter, where the color filter comprises a first coloring layer that selectively transmits red light, a second coloring layer that selectively transmits green light, and a third coloring layer that selectively transmits blue light, the first to third light-emitting elements respectively correspond to the first to third coloring layers, wherein each of the first to third light-emitting elements has a first electrode, an electroluminescent layer on the first electrode, and a second electrode on the electroluminescent layer, and wherein the electroluminescent layer includes a layer in contact with the second electrode, and a metal oxide or a benzoxazole derivative is included in the layer in contact with the second electrode.

The second display region is positioned inside the first display region and configured to emit light. The second display region has at least two pairs of parallel sides. A position of the second display region inside the first display region in the first pixel and a position of the second display region inside the first display region in the second pixel are different from each other.

Abstract: A processing apparatus of a stack is provided. The stack includes two substrates attached to each other with a gap provided between their end portions. The processing apparatus includes a fixing mechanism that fixes part of the stack, a plurality of adsorption jigs that fix an outer peripheral edge of one of the substrates of the stack, and a wedge-shaped jig that is inserted into a corner of the stack. The plurality of adsorption jigs include a mechanism that allows the adsorption jigs to move separately in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction. The processing apparatus further includes a sensor sensing a position of the gap between the end portion in the stack. A tip of the wedge-shaped jig moves along a chamfer formed on an end surface of the stack. The wedge-shaped jig is inserted into the gap between the end portions in the stack.

Abstract: In order to provide a highly reliable organic EL element, a first step in which a deposition material is heated and vaporized in a deposition chamber in which the pressure is reduced and a second step in which a layer included in an EL layer is deposited in the deposition chamber are performed while exhaustion is performed and the partial pressure of water in the deposition chamber is measured with a mass spectrometer. Alternatively, the deposition chamber in the deposition apparatus includes a deposition material chamber and is connected to an exhaust mechanism. The deposition material chamber is separated from the deposition chamber by a sluice valve, includes a deposition material holding portion including a heating mechanism, and is connected to a mass spectrometer and an exhaust mechanism.

The second region can display an image. The display device includes a region where the substrate, the first adhesive layer, the first region of the second display panel, and the second region of the first display panel overlap each other.

Abstract: A display device that can display an image along a curved surface is provided. In the display device, a first display panel and a second display panel overlap each other with a light-transmitting layer provided therebetween. The light-transmitting layer is positioned on a display surface side of the first display panel, and on a side opposite to the display surface of the second display panel. The light-transmitting layer has an average transmittance of 80% or more with respect to light in the wavelength range of 450 nm to 700 nm and a refractive index higher than that of air. A display region of the first display panel overlaps a region transmitting visible light of the second display panel with the light-transmitting layer provided therebetween. It is preferred that the display region of the first display panel not overlap with a region blocking visible light of the second display panel.
