Each of the units is provided with a single pair of connecting terminals to which a control device such as a microcomputer is coupled. Data transmission between units is carried out on a single pair of connecting terminals utilizing a high frequency modulated signal. A DC power supply is provided in one of the indoor or outdoor units which supplies DC power to the other units upon the single pair of control lines.

    摘要: A semiconductor device and the like that can determine the performance of a semiconductor integrated circuit with higher accuracy even when test environment fluctuates. The semiconductor device detects degradation of the semiconductor integrated circuit, including measurement unit that measures temperature and voltage, decision unit that judges whether the test is executed within an allowable test timing in the detection target circuit portion at each test operation frequency and decides a maximum test operation frequency and calculation unit that converts a maximum test operation frequency into that at a standard temperature and voltage and calculates a degradation amount. The semiconductor integrated circuit has a monitor block circuit that monitors the values for the measurement unit to measure temperature and voltage. The measurement unit has estimation unit that estimates temperature and voltage of a detection target circuit portion based on the monitored values. The calculation unit uses the estimated temperature and voltage.

    摘要: An objective of the present invention is to provide compounds of formula (1) or their pharmacologically acceptable salts or solvates wherein A represents aryl; R1 represents N-optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl-N-optionally substituted C1-6 alkylamino-C1-6 alkyl; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl; R3 represents optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl or C3-6 cycloalkyl-C1-4 alkyl; m is 1 to 3; n is 0; and p is 0 to 2. The compounds are novel lincomycin derivatives that have a potent activity against resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae, which have recently posed problems, in the treatment of infectious diseases. Further, the compounds are usable as antimicrobial agents and are useful for preventing or treating bacterial infectious diseases.

    摘要: This invention provides a serotonin 5-HT3 receptor partial activator which has a serotonin 5-HT3 receptor activating action, in addition to its serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonism, and does not cause constipation as a side effect.Particularly, based on the finding that newly synthesized benzoxazole derivatives typified by the compounds of the following formula (2) have strong serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonism and serotonin 5-HT3 receptor activating action, this invention provides these benzoxazole derivatives as serotonin 5-HT3 receptor partial activators. In the above formula, R1 to R4 may be the same or different from one another and each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkenyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted amino group, or two groups of R1 and R2 may be linked together to form a ring structure, namely benzene ring; R5 represents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkenyl group; and m is an integer of 1 to 4.
