摘要: A vehicle electric apparatus installed in an extra-cabin space in a vehicle includes an electric circuit unit and a metal housing. The electric circuit unit includes a switching unit configured to switch a direct-current voltage. The metal housing houses the electric circuit unit. The metal housing includes multiple housing parts, and adjacent housing parts out of the multiple housing parts are secured to one another at multiple securing positions with respective bar-shaped securing members. An axial direction of at least one bar-shaped securing member out of the bar-shaped securing members used for at least one securing position out of the multiple securing positions is set so as to orient toward an outside of a cabin an emission direction of an electromagnetic wave from the electric circuit unit through the at least one bar-shaped securing member.

摘要: A vehicle is provided with a coil and a sensor. The coil is adapted to receive power wirelessly in single-phase form from an external coil. The sensor is adapted to measure a characteristic of the power. The vehicle is also provided with a controller that is programmed to estimate a parameter indicative of coil alignment using a three-phase representation of the power based on the characteristic, and to adjust the power received by the coil based on the parameter.

摘要: Magnetic-coupling-based wireless power transfer systems and schemes are provided that ensure fast wireless power transfer to charge batteries of electric vehicles (EVs) with high power transfer efficiencies and safety to humans and other animals in or near the EVs. A wireless power transfer system can include a direct 3-phase AC/AC converter with a circuit topology that enables bidirectional power flow. The direct 3-phase AC/AC converter can convert a power input at a low frequency, such as 3-phase 50/60 Hz, into a power output at a high frequency, such as a frequency in a range of 10-85 kHz for wireless power transfer applications.

摘要: A power supply system for a vehicle, which executes the following control, is provided. When a connector coupled to an external power supply is connected to the vehicle, a CHR is set to an on state. When a voltage is lower than a threshold, B2 charging process is executed. When the voltage is higher than the threshold and an SOC1 of a first battery is lower than a threshold, a charging device is stopped and both a first SMR and a second SMR are set to an on state, and B1 charging process is executed. When the SOC1 is higher than or equal to the threshold, the charging device is stopped and both the first SMR and the second SMR are set to an off state.

The temperature change is derived from a PDC output voltage or output current change. The PDC output voltage and output current are measured at an input to a load connected to the PDC. And, the PDC output voltage is measured between a ground line of the PDC and one of the power and return lines.

摘要: A controller-integrated rotating electric machine includes a rotating electric machine having a rotor, a stator, and a housing, and a controller having a plurality of switching element modules. Cooling fins having insulating coatings on surfaces thereof facing the switching element modules are bonded to the switching element module. The controller-integrated rotating electric machine of which the cooling fins are electrically insulated by having the cooling fins having the insulating coating on the surfaces facing the switching element modules, so that the electrolytic corrosion between the cooling fins and the heat sinks of the switching element modules is suppressed from occurring.
