摘要: A drive mechanism for conveying a photosensitive material in a processing tank filled with processing solution such as a developer, wherein a driving force from a driving source disposed outside the processing tank is transmitted to conveyor rollers located inside the processing tank through a pair of magnetic members. One of the magnetic members is located inside the processing tank and the other is located outside the processing tank so that the magnetic members face each other with the wall surface of the processing tank between them. Accordingly, the outside magnetic member is rotated by the driving force from the driving source. The rotation is transmitted to the inside magnetic member by means of a magnetic force, which rotates the conveyor rollers. The driving force is transmitted without a driving shaft or the like through the wall of the processing tank. Further, the processing tank can be made sufficiently airtight, thereby reducing degradation of the processing solution by oxidation.

摘要: A control device is provided for a vehicle drive apparatus, which includes a differential mechanism and an electric motor provided in differential mechanism, which can be miniaturized in structure with improved fuel economy or enabling the suppression of occurrence in switching shocks. With a provision of a switching clutch C0 or a switching brake B0, a shifting mechanism 10 is placed in either a continuously variable shifting state or a step variable shifting state. This enables the vehicle drive apparatus to have combined advantages in a fuel economy improving effect with a transmission, enabled to electrically change a gear ratio, and a high transmitting efficiency with a gear type power transmitting device enabled to mechanically transmit drive power. During a shifting of an automatic shifting portion 20, engaging control variable control means 84 alters a method of learning an engaging pressure. This allows a rotation speed N18 of a transmitting member to achieve a given variation during the shifting, depending on a continuously variable shifting state and a non-continuously variable shifting state, for thereby providing a balance between an improvement in a feeling and a suppressing of shifting shocks.

摘要: A control device is provided for a vehicular drive apparatus, having a differential mechanism and a transmission, for miniaturizing the differential mechanism and/or providing improved fuel economy while preventing a busy shift. With the provision of a switching clutch C0 or a switching brake B0, a transmitting mechanism 10 can be placed in a continuously variable shifting state and a step-variable shifting state whereby the vehicular drive apparatus has combined advantages including a fuel saving effect of the transmission, enabled to electrically change a gear ratio, and a high transmitting efficiency of a gear type transmitting device enabled to mechanically transmit drive power. With a total speed ratio γ T set to a lower vehicle speed gear ratio than that for a given running state, if a required drive force or a drive force source brake is unavailable or if load torque of an electric motor is deviated from an allowable range, switching control mean 50 switches a differential portion 11 to the step-variable shifting state for thereby obtaining larger drive force or drive force source brake than those for the given running state without causing load torque of the electric motor from deviating from the allowable range while preventing the busy shift.

摘要: A hole 30 is formed in the center of the rear end face 20 of a round billet 10. The hole 30 has a predetermined depth from the rear end face 20 and a plurality of grooves 31 are provided in the side surface thereof. Each groove 31 extends in the depth direction of the hole 30. Piercing and rolling of the round billet 10 having the hole 30 is performed using a piercing mill having a plug. During piercing and rolling, the bottom surface of the hole 30 is broken through by the plug and a protrusion which is to be the starting point of burrs is formed, and the protrusion is absorbed by the groove 31 as the plug advances. Consequently, formation of burrs at the rear end of a hollow shell after piercing-rolling thereof can be suppressed.
