摘要: One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive data corresponding to a first condition of a building component within a building, determine, based on the data, an actual or anticipated fault state of the building component, retrieve, from a graph data structure including a number of entities and a number of relationships between the entities, and wherein the graph data structure represents at least one of a space, person, component, or event, first context information corresponding to the building component and second context information corresponding to the building, and determine, based on the first and second context information, a service action for the building component.

摘要: A method and system for localizing faults in an industrial process is proposed. The industrial process includes a plurality of components. The method includes receiving structural plant data from an industrial plant. A structured model of the process is generated from the structural plant data. Sensor data measuring characteristics of the plurality of components is also received. Parameters of the structured model are identified from the received sensor data and stored. Faults are detected during operation of the industrial plant utilizing the identified parameters and detecting changes in the parameters by comparing current parameters to stored parameters. The fault information is then displayed via a display to an operator.

摘要: A system for detecting and evaluating environmental quantities and events is formed by a detection and evaluation device and a mobile phone, connected through a wireless connection. The device is enclosed in a containment casing housing a support carrying a plurality of inertial sensors and environmental sensors. A processing unit is coupled to the inertial sensors and to the environmental sensors. A wireless connection unit, is coupled to the processing unit and a wired connection port, is coupled to the processing unit. A programming connector is coupled to the processing unit and is configured to couple to an external programming unit to receive programming instructions of the processing unit. A storage structure is coupled to the processing unit and a power-supply unit supplied power in the detection and evaluation device. The mobile phone stores an application, which enables a basicuse mode, an expert use mode, and an advanced use mode.

摘要: Methods and systems for monitoring a brush holder assembly and/or detecting wear of a brush in a brush holder assembly are disclosed. One method includes sending data from a plurality of remote monitoring locations to a central control unit, where the data may be evaluated in order to monitor states of brushes at a plurality of remote electrical facilities. For example, multiple images of a marker tracking longitudinal movement of the brush may be acquired. A comparison of the images, for example, a comparative imaging technique, such as pixel-by-pixel comparison, may then be performed in order to evaluate a condition of the brush, such as the wear rate, wear state, or life expectancy of the brush.

摘要: Systems and methods for automatically generating a set of meta-parameters used to train invariant-based anomaly detectors are provided. Data is transformed into a first set of time series data and a second set of time series data. A fitness threshold search is performed on the first set of time series data to automatically generate a fitness threshold, and a time resolution search is performed on the set of second time series data to automatically generate a time resolution. A set of meta-parameters including the fitness threshold and the time resolution are sent to one or more user devices across a network to govern the training of an invariant-based anomaly detector.

摘要: A method for monitoring and diagnosing anomalies in auxiliary systems of a gas turbine implemented using a computer device coupled to a user interface and a memory device, the method including storing a plurality rule sets in the memory device, the rule sets relative to the auxiliary systems of the gas turbine, the rule sets including at least one rule expressed as a relational expression of a real-time data output relative to a real-time data input, the relational expression being specific to parameters associated with the auxiliary systems of the gas turbine, receiving real-time and historical data inputs from a condition monitoring system associated with the gas turbine, the data inputs relating to process parameters associated with the auxiliary systems of the gas turbine, and estimating values for at least some of the parameters associated with the auxiliary systems of the gas turbine using the received inputs.

摘要: A method for commissioning a sensor series circuit configured in a daisy chain topology. A second sensor being downstream from a first sensor. The method includes furnishing a first switch signal to the first sensor to close the first switch, the first switch signal being furnished in response to a successful initialization of the first sensor, monitoring a function of the second sensor during initialization of the second sensor to ascertain whether the second sensor exhibits a fault upon initialization or is initialized correctly, and to furnish a fault signal if it is ascertained that the second sensor exhibits a fault upon initialization; and outputting a suppression signal to the first sensor if the fault signal has been furnished, to prevent the first switch from being closed.
