    摘要: A see-through near-to-eye viewing optical system, which can be used in a head-mounted augmented reality display system, is provided. The see-through near-to-eye viewing optical system of the present invention comprises an LED illumination system for generating a light and a pre-polarizer for concentrating said light onto a PBS. Then an LCOS panel receives and reflects said light towards a post-polarizer after generating an image. The light travels from the post-polarizer and passes through an eyepiece for magnifying the image, and continues towards a 50/50 beam splitter. Afterwards the beam splitter transmits said light and another light from the outside field of view to user's eyes simultaneously and thus, the user can see what is shown on the glass screen while still being able to see through it.

    摘要: A manufacturing method of micro LED display module is provided. The micro LED display module comprises a driver chip block, a LED block, a circuit board and a color layer. The driver chip block has a plurality of pixel electrodes. The LED block is disposed on the driver chip block and has two semiconductor layers and a plurality of trenches. One of the two semiconductor layers is electrically connected to the pixel electrodes and the other is electrically connected to the light transmissive conductive layer. The trenches define a plurality of micro LED pixels arranged in an array. Each trench at least penetrates through the light emitting layer and one of the semiconductor layers. Each micro LED pixel corresponds to one of the pixel electrodes. The circuit board is electrically connected to the driver chip block, the color layer is disposed on the light transmissive conductive layer, and one of the semiconductor layers has a common electrode.

    摘要: A head up display system comprises an optical projector, a projection screen, a combiner, a driver system board, an event data recorder, a front image sensor and a rear image sensor. The optical projector is a front projector or a rear projector for projecting the image onto the projection screen. Then the combiner projects a virtual image from the image of the projection screen within two to three meters behind the combiner and thus, drivers are able to observe the environment outside the car and to read the information provided by the head up display system simultaneously. The driver system board can connect to a driver's smart phone through wire (such as HDMI/MHL) or wireless (such as WiFi) and thus, an image from real-time contents of the smart phone or an image from other functions of the smart phone can be transmitted to the driver system board and projected by the optical projector for drivers' watch or use. The event data recorder and the front image sensor can record the driving information and traffic information and save them into a built-in memory or a Secure Digital Memory Card. The front image sensor can record the brightness outside a car so that a luminous flux of the optical projector can be adjusted automatically through the driver system board and thus, drivers are able to watch the images clearly on the head up display system under any circumstances. Meanwhile the event data recorder and the rear image sensor can record driving information and inside information and save them into a built-in memory or a Secure Digital Memory Card. The rear image sensor supports finger movement sensing technology to input instructions without finger contact or touch, and the inputted instructions will be transmitted to the driver's smart phone after being processed by the driver system board so as to operate the smart phone.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a laser light source optical projection architecture, which comprises a laser light source group, a color control device, a phosphor device and an optical filter group. Accordingly, the laser light source optical projection architecture does not require to synchronize the phosphor device with the color field sequential display system, and the color control (ratios of the color duty) does not need to be determined in advance, i.e. at the time the color control device is manufactured. Various color field ratios can be achieved by adjusting positions of the specific color control device to obtain different red, blue and green color field durations, allowing easy electronic control of the color field duty cycles.
