    摘要: A semiconductor device is provided as follows. A peripheral circuit structure is disposed on a first substrate. A cell array structure is disposed on the peripheral circuit structure. A second substrate is interposed between the peripheral circuit structure and the cell array structure. The cell array structure includes a stacked structure, a through hole and a vertical semiconductor pattern. The stacked structure includes gate electrodes stacked on the second substrate. The through hole penetrates the stacked structure and the second substrate to expose the peripheral circuit structure. The vertical semiconductor pattern is disposed on the peripheral circuit structure, filling the through hole.

    摘要: In an apparatus and a method to remove jagging artifacts, a calculating unit defines a window of a predetermined size based on a current pixel in an input current frame or field, and calculates at least one eigen value and at least one eigen vector to determine a feature of the window. A weight determining unit determines the feature of the window based on the calculated eigen value and then determines a filtering weight to be applied to filtering based on the determined feature. A low pass filter filters the window based on the calculated eigen vector and the determined filtering weight. Accordingly, it is possible to remove jagging artifacts occurring in a region, such as an edge, upon image conversion.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method of synthesis of Lithium Titanate Oxide used for a cathode of Lithium ion battery, the method comprising: (A) diluting TiCl4 with TiOCl2; (B) adding YCl3 or NbCl5 at the rate of 0.1˜2 mol % to Ti(mol); (C) forming a complex salt by dissolving to put at least one selected from a group consisting of Hydroxy propyl cellulose or Polyethylene glycol in a solvent, the Hydroxy propyl cellulose being a complexing agent and being a dispersing agent as well, whereas the Polyethylene glycol being a dispersing agent; (D) synthesizing a titanium precursor by adding an aqueous ammonia solution; (E) preparing Y or Nb doped titanium dioxide(TiO2) powder by heat-treating the synthetic product in a temperature of 500˜700° C.; and (F) mixing the Y or Nb doped TiO2 powder with LiOH.H2O and heat-treating the mixture in a temperature of 800˜900° C.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a method of producing nano-size graphene-based material and an equipment for producing the same. The present invention provides a method of producing graphitic oxide by forcing graphite sulfuric slurry and KMnO4 sulfuric solution into a lengthy micro-channel and by sustaining the mixture of the said graphite sulfuric slurry and the said KMnO4 sulfuric solution in the said micro-channel at predetermined temperatures, by putting the said aqua solution of hydrogen peroxide to the reaction mixture to terminate oxidation, and by washing and drying the reaction mixture. The present invention provides a method of producing nano-size graphene-based material by exfoliating graphitic oxide by thermal shock in a vertical fluidized furnace. According to the present invention, graphitic oxide can be produced massively without risks of explosion by forcing all reagents as liquid phase continuously into a lengthy micro-channel surrounded and thermally controlled strictly by heat exchangers. Nano-size graphene-based material derived by exfoliating thus produced graphitic oxide can be imported into compositions and composites for various uses since it has physical characteristics comparable to carbon nanotube and dispersibility superior to carbon nanotube via residual functional groups.
