    摘要: Methods and system for testing a voice-enabled device. A signal generator generates a carrier signal having a variable resonant frequency, and a frequency mixer mixes an audible voice command signal with the carrier signal to generate an inaudible amplitude-modulated test signal. An antenna transmits the amplitude-modulated test signal at a variable attack angle to a voice-enabled device. The resonant frequency of the carrier signal and/or the attack angle of the transmitted amplitude-modulated signal are varied and at least one of a sensitive frequency and a sensitive attack angle of the voice-enabled device is identified.

The device may include a PMOS switch, including a source port, a drain port, a gate port and an n-well region; an input voltage port coupled to the source port; an output voltage port coupled to the drain port; a switch control port coupled to the gate port; and comparator circuitry configured to compare an input voltage at the input voltage port with an output voltage at the output voltage port and select a maximum of the input voltage and the output voltage. The comparator circuitry may be further configured to couple the selected maximum to the n-well region.

    摘要: A circuit board includes multiple signal layers, in which signal lines are routed, and reference plane layers, in which power reference planes are provided. To connect signal lines at different signal layers, vias are passed through at least one signal layer and at least one reference plane layer. At the one signal layer, a first clearance (or anti-pad) is defined around the via. At the reference plane layer, a second clearance is defined around the via. The second clearance is larger in size than the first clearance to match the impedance of the via as closely as possible with the impedance of a signal line the via is electrically connected to.
