    摘要: A process of making a liquid ink comprising the steps of: (a) dissolving a polymer comprising units derived from at least a nitrogen-containing polymerizable monomer in a solvent with a Kauri-Butanol number greater than 30 to form a polymer solution; (b) dispersing colorant pigment particles in said polymer solution to form a colorant pigment dispersion; (c) removing at least some of said solvent from said colorant pigment dispersion to form treated colorant pigment particles; and (d) dispersing said treated colorant pigment particles in an organosol containing a carrier liquid having a Kauri-Butanol number less than 30.

    摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a truss structure using multi-point pins, a method of manufacturing a truss structure using the apparatus, a truss core sandwich panel having the truss structure, and a method of manufacturing the truss core sandwich panel. The apparatus includes a metal plate, clamps, an upper die and a lower die. The clamps hold the metal plate. The upper die has upper multi-point pins which press the metal plate downwards. The lower die has lower multi-point pins which press the metal plate upwards. The metal plate has first and second points that respectively correspond to the upper and lower multi-point pins. The first points are extended downwards by the upper multi-point pins, and the second points are extended upwards by the lower multi-point pins. Thereby, many symmetrical sides are formed in the truss structure, thus increasing the stability of the truss structure.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a high conductivity p-type GaN-based thin film superior in electrical and optical properties by use of nitridation and RTA (rapid thermal annealing) in combination. A GaN-based epitaxial layer is grown to a desired thickness while being doped with Mg dopant with a carrier gas of hydrogen by use of a MOCVD process. The film thus obtained is subjected to nitridation using nitrogen plasma and RTA in combination. The p-type GaN-based thin film exhibits high hole concentration as well as low resistivity, so that it can be used where high electrical, optical, thermal and structural properties are needed. The method finds application in the fabrication of blue/white LEDs, laser diodes and other electronic devices.

    摘要: In a method for preparing a polyimide resin by reacting diamine and dianhydride, the polyimide resin is polymerized under the presence of a solvent having a boiling point ranging from 130° C. to 180° C. so as to be curable at a low temperature ranging from 150° C. to 250° C. Because the polyimide is curable even at a low temperature, when the polyimide resin is used as an electronic material, damage to equipment due to an otherwise high temperature process can be minimized, and in addition, the polyimide resin can be extensively used as an electronic material such as for a plastic substrate, or the like.
