Abstract: An electric driving wheel type work vehicle has a traveling motor, an inverter for supplying the motor with three-phase power converted from DC power, a pre-driver circuit for supplying a gate signal to the inverter on the basis of an input PWM signal, a controller for outputting to the pre-driver circuit the PWM signal for controlling the driving of the motor, a parking brake, and a parking brake condition detector that detects the condition of the parking brake. When it is detected that the parking brake has been operated, the pre-driver circuit cuts off the output of the gate signal or the input of the PWM signal to the pre-driver circuit.

When the parking brake condition detection means 12 detects the parking brake means 10 has been operated, the pre-driver circuit 312 cuts off the output of the gate signal 316, or the input of the PWM to the pre-driver circuit 312 is cut off.

Abstract: To provide a hybrid wheel loader capable of reliably detecting a short-circuited state of a synchronous generator driven by a drive source. The present invention is provided with an MG 4 being a synchronous generator driven as an electric generator by an engine and operated as a motor by the electric power supplied from an electrical storage device 9, an MG inverter 5 having a motor current sensor 5d for detecting motor current flowing through the MG 4 and semiconductor switches 5a, 5b, and an HCU 10 for detecting a short-circuited state of the MG 4, wherein the HCU 10 determines that the MG 4 is in a short-circuited state when the semiconductor switches 5a, 5b of the MG inverter 5 are in an OFF state at gates and when the motor current detected by the motor current sensor 5d is equal to or greater than a specified threshold value.

Abstract: A hybrid construction machine which can improve temperature control efficiency of an electrical storage device. It includes an engine 1, an assisting electricity generation motor 2 which performs assistance of power for the engine 1 and electricity generation and an electrical storage device 8 which performs transfer of electric power with this assisting electricity generation motor 2. The electrical storage device 8 includes a plurality of battery cells 200, a housing 220 which covers the plurality of battery cells 200 in a state of leaving them separated, a cooling plate 203 which is attached to this housing 220 and performs heat exchange with the plurality of battery cells 200, and a projection 214 which is interposed between the housing 220 and the cooling plate 203 and hinders heat transfer between the housing 220 and the cooling plate 203.

An electrolyte discharge pipe (30) for discharging an electrolyte mist and/or electrolyte injected out of the battery module (29) at abnormality of the battery module (29) to an outside of the upper revolving structure (4) is provided on the casing (20).
