摘要： A biosensor and a sensing cell array using a biosensor are disclosed. Adjacent materials containing a plurality of different ingredients are analyzed to determine the ingredients based on their magnetic susceptibility or dielectric constant. A sensing cell array includes such as a magnetization pair detection sensor including a MTJ (Magnetic Tunnel Junction) or GMR (Giant Magnetoresistive) device, a magnetoresistive sensor including a MTJ device and a magnetic material (current line), a dielectric constant sensor including a sensing capacitor and a switching device, a magnetization hole detection sensor including a MTJ or GMR device, a current line, a free ferromagnetic layer and a switching device, and a giant magnetoresistive sensor including a GMR device, a switching device and a magnetic material (or forcing wordline). Ingredients of adjacent materials are separated based on electrical characteristics of ingredients by sensing magnetic susceptibility and dielectric constant depending on the sizes of the ingredients.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for producing a bulk amorphous alloy sheet with high quality at low production cost, by which an alloy melt can be directly transformed into a sheet form without using other additional processes. The method comprises preparing a melt containing alloy components; feeding the melt into a gap defined between two rolls, which rotate in opposite direction to each other, and each of which is provided with heat exchange means; and cooling the melt at a cooling rate higher than the critical cooling rate for transformation of the melt into an amorphous solid phase, when the melt passes through the gap defined between the two rolls. The present invention also provides an apparatus for producing a bulk amorphous alloy sheet with high quality at low production cost, and a bulk amorphous alloy sheet.

摘要： A refrigerator is disclosed wherein an ion generator is arranged in a cold air duct which supplies cold air to a storage compartment, and a desired portion of the cold air duct is treated for anti-static. The ions from the ion generator are used for the purpose of sterilization and deodorization and are effectively discharged into the storage compartment. The anti-static-treatment of the cold air duct prevents the ions generated from the ion generator from being lost due to static in the cold air duct. The anti-static treatment is carried out by coating polyethylene on a portion of the cold air duct. The cold air duct includes a plurality of uniformly spaced cold air outlets, whereby the ions generated from the ion generator are uniformly distributed into the overall portion of the storage compartment through the cold air outlets.

摘要： Provided is an apparatus and method for all-optically controlling both a gain and a gain flattening. The apparatus includes: a first amplifier automatically controlling a gain of the apparatus through a feedback loop while amplifying a received optical signal; a fixed gain flattening unit receiving the amplified optical signal from the first amplifier and compensating for the gain according to a wavelength of the received optical signal; and a second amplifier automatically controlling the gain through a feedback loop while amplifying the optical signal input from the fixed gain flattening unit. Accordingly, even if the number of channels of an input WDM optical signal varies, both of a gain and a gain flattening can be all-optically controlled.

A package body houses the first and second lead frames to form first and second opened areas. The first opened area is externally opened around the LED chip, the second opened area is externally opened around the protective device, and the partition wall is formed therebetween. First and second encapsulants are provided to the first and second opened areas, respectively to encapsulate the LED chip and protective device, respectively. At least the first encapsulant is transparent.
