    摘要: A power amplifier has an input signal splitting part for splitting the input signal into two output signals each having equal power and phase difference of 180 degrees with respect to each other. A first signal on-off selection part for switching conduction of one of the output signals. A first amplifying part for amplifying the signal from the first signal on-off selection part. A second signal on-off selection part for switching conduction of the signal outputted from the first amplifying part. A second amplifying part for amplifying the other of the output signals from the input signal splitting part. An output signal combining part for providing a phase difference of 180 degrees between the output of the second signal on-off selection part and the output of the second amplifying part and combining them. A bias on-off part for switching on and off at least the first amplifying part, wherein, when the output level is high, the first and second signal on-off selection parts are turned on and, at the same time, the first and second amplifying parts are turned on by the bias on-off part, so that push-pull operation is performed, and when the output level is low, the first and second signal on-off selection parts are turned off and the first amplifying part is turned off by the bias on-off part and the second amplifying part performs single-ended operation.

    摘要: A multiband mobile unit communication apparatus is disclosed which comprises: an antenna for receiving L FRQ bands of M radio wave SIGs modulated by N modulating methods, M>L, M>N, N≧L; a frequency synthesizer for generating a LO SIG; an IF SIG generation CKT for generating M IF SIGs using the LO SIG, the FRQ synthesizer generating the LO SIG such that the M IF SIGs have the same intermediate FRQ; a SW CKT for selectively outputting N IF SIGs modulated by the N modulating methods respectively out of the M IF SIGs; N filters for filtering outputs of N IF SIGs from the SW CKT and outputting N filtered IF SIGs respectively; a SW responsive to a SW CONT signal for selectively outputting one of the N filtered IF SIGs; and a quadrature demodulator for quadrature-demodulating one of N filtered IF SIGs and outputting baseband SIG. Different frequency bands of received signals are converted into IF SIGs having the same intermediate frequency. Moreover, different frequency bands of received signals which are modulated by the same method are filtered by the same IF filter.

    摘要: A piezoelectric filter is one not changing in the holding position of resonator in spite of impulse, small in the number of parts, easy to assemble from one direction, small, thin, and stable in characteristic. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, on electrode patterns on a package 10 forming wiring electrode patterns 11, holding protrusions 13 for holding resonators, and partition boards 14 for positioning resonators, a rectangular plate type piezoelectric resonators 12 are adhered with conductive adhesive. The rectangular plate type piezoelectric resonators 12 and the package 10 are adhered and reinforced from above with a vibration absorbing member 15, and wiring is formed from above the resonators by a wire bonding 16, thereby wiring resonators in a ladder form.
