摘要： This invention relates to grease compositions containing mineral oil and/or synthetic oil as base oil, (A) lithium stearate as thickener, and (B) one kind or two kinds of more of compounds selected from a group of oxidized paraffins and diphenyl hydrogenphosphite and displaying a worked penetration in the range 270-350 and also to bearings such a s linear guides, ball screws, and rolling bearings sealed with said grease compositions. This invention can provide grease compositions of low dust emission which perform with an excellent balance of low dust emission, low rolling characteristics and fretting resistance, extend the lubricating period, reduce the maintenance cost, and are suitable for use in a clean environment. This invention can also provide bearings sealed with said grease compositions of low dust emission suitable for use in a clean environment such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, liquid crystal manufacturing equipment, and electronic computers.

摘要： A dilurea grease composition contains a lubricant base oil and a thickener. The thickener essentially consists of a mixture of at least two diurea compounds each being represented by the following general formula (I) of: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is a difunctional aromatic hydrocarbon residue, and A and B each stands for an amino group represented by the general formula (II) of R.sub.2 --NH--(where R.sub.2 stands for a cyclohexyl group, a group derived from cyclohexyl or an alkyl group) or an amino group represented by the general formula (III) of ##STR2## (where R.sub.3 R.sub.4 each stands for cyclohexyl group or a group derived from cyclohexyl). The ratio in percentage of the numbers of the amino groups (III) to the total numbers of the amino groups (III) plus the amino groups (II) ranges from 1 to 50%. The ratio of the numbers of the amino groups (II) wherein R.sub.2 is a cyclohexyl group or a group derived from the cyclohexyl to the numbers of the amino groups (II) wherein R.sub.2 is an alkyl group ranges from 174 to 4/1.

摘要： The invention relates to a rotating electric machine including a coil of a wire having thereon an insulating coating comprising a polybenzimidazole. This rotating electric machine is stably maintained for a long time in dielectric strength even under a highly radioactive environment, due to the use of the special insulating coating. With this, the rotating electric machine can be driven stably for a long time. The invention further relates to another rotating electric machine including (a) a rotor having a rotating shaft; (b) a bearing for supporting the rotating shaft; and (c) a grease applied to the bearing. This grease contains (1) a polyphenyl ether having at least three aromatic rings in the molecule and (2) a urea. The rotor of this rotating electric machine is stably supported in the bearing for a long time even under a highly radioactive environment, due to the use of the special grease. Thus, this rotating electric machine can also be rotated stably for a long time.

The diurea compound is contained as a thickener in the base oil. The content in percent of the cyclohexyl group and the cyclohexyl derivative group in the diurea compound is such that a value of [{(numbers of cyclohexyl groups and derivative groups thereof)/(numbers of cyclohexyl groups and derivative groups thereof plus numbers of alkyl groups)}.times.100] is equal to 50 to 100%.

摘要： A grease composition comprises a base oil selected from the group consisting of mineral lubricant base oils, synthetic lubricant base oils and mixtures thereof, (A) 2 to 25 wt %, based on the total weight of the composition, of a thickener selected from the group consisting of urea compounds, urea-urethane compounds, urethane compounds and mixtures thereof and (B) 0.2 to 5.0 wt. %, based on the total weight of the composition, of an ingredient selected from the group consisting of oxidized paraffins, diphenylhydrogen phosphite, hexamethyl phosphoric triamide and mixtures thereof.
