A porous cellulose acetate molding containing an odoriferous substance is provided which is prepared by incorporating an odoriferous substance in a porous molding comprising cellulose acetate having a combined acetic acid of 50 to 58%, a pore volume of at least 0.65 cc/g and a collapsing strength of at least 10 kg. Said porous cellulose acetate may be one which is surface-saponified. Examples of the odoriferous substances include volatile substances such as insect repellents, antibacterials and mold inhibitors. Said porous cellulose acetate molding can adsorb the odoriferous substances fully without substantially changing its shape and persistently volatilize the substance for a long time.

Polymer-ceramic composite materials for use in the formation of capacitors, which materials exhibit very low changes in temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) in response to changes in temperature within the range of from about −55° C. to about 125° C. Specifically, these capacitor materials have a change in TCC ranging from about −5% to about +5%, in response to changes in temperature within the desired temperature range. The inventive composite materials comprise a blend of a polymer component and ferroelectric ceramic particles, wherein the polymer component includes at least one epoxy-containing polymer, and at least one polymer having epoxy-reactive groups. The inventive polymer-ceramic composite materials have excellent mechanical properties such as improved peel strength and lack of brittleness, electrical properties such as high dielectric constant, and improved processing characteristics.

The abutment surface of the lamp body is configured to incline to the optical axis. Similary, the lens has an abutment surface corresponding to the abutment surface of the lamp body along a peripheral portion of the lens. In this case, the abutment surface of the lens is configured within the dimention of an outer surface of the lens so as not to protrude over the outer surface. The abutment surfaces of the lamp body and the lens are integrally jointed together by laser walding.

The invention concerns multilayered structures useful for forming capacitors, which may be embedded within printed circuit boards or other microelectronic devices. The capacitor comprises a pair of parallel conductive foils separated by a pair of dielectric layers. The dielectric layers are further separated by a heat resistant film layer such that the capacitor exhibits excellent short circuit resistance. The resulting capacitor exhibits excellent void and electrical short resistance.
