摘要： A mobile work station for a painter or the like includes a frame and further includes a tray to hold paint containers (such as a paint pan) as well as tools, accessories and the painter's personal items. The tray may be segmented or divided into compartments for the paint pan and various articles. Legs are pivotally mounted on the frame for ease of storage and transport, and the legs have stored and depending positions, respectively. A removable cover is provided for the tray; and the cover may be disposed between the legs to further support the legs and to serve as a shelf during use of the mobile work station.

Advantages of devices and methods shown include dissipation of stresses at an interface between components such as a chip package and an adjacent circuit board. Another advantage includes faster manufacturing time and ease of manufacture using underfill devices and methods shown. An underfill assembly can be pre made with conductive structures included within the underfill assembly. Steps such as flowing epoxy and curing can be eliminated or performed concurrently with other manufacturing steps.

摘要： A composition includes a solder paste matrix and a solder mixture including a tin-based solder alloy. The composition also includes a discrete dispersion of a metal. The tin-based alloy includes a melting first temperature and the metal includes a melting second temperature. The melting second temperature is greater than the melting first temperature. The discrete dispersion is in a particle range of a majority passing minus 520-mesh. A process includes blending the solder mixture and the metal under non-alloying conditions to achieve the discrete dispersion of the metal. A process includes reflowing the composition such that the composition when solidified, has a melting point that is higher than the solder mixture in the composition.

摘要： An electronic quick change cartridge for a welding helmet. The cartridge base is formed of an optically dense polycarbonate or like material that acts as a passive filter to provide eye protection during the welding process. A port in the base receives a variable density LCD cell and a cavity formed in the base receives the electronics for driving the cell. Optical masks prevent light leakage through any interfaces of the structure. When low light levels are present, the welder views a work piece through an essentially transparent or slightly opaque LCD cell. When an arc is struck, the LCD cell darkens to a shade corresponding to the shade of the surrounding polycarbonate material. The welder then can view the work piece through the LCD cell and all the optically unobstructed portions of the polycarbonate base surrounding the LCD cell thereby to have an expanded viewing area during the actual welding operation.
