    摘要: A nozzle for discharging droplets of a processing liquid for processing a substrate has a main body including a supply port, a drain port, a processing liquid flow passageway connecting the supply port and the drain port, and a plurality of discharge ports from which the processing liquid is discharged. The processing liquid flow passageway includes a plurality of branch flow channels, which branch out between the supply port and the drain port and collect together between the supply port and the drain port. The plurality of discharge ports form a plurality of columns respectively corresponding to the plurality of branch flow channels; and are aligned along and connected to the corresponding branch flow channels. A piezo element applies vibration to the processing liquid flowing through the plurality of branch flow channels.

    摘要: Provided are: a polycarbonate resin composition, including, with respect to 100 parts by mass of a glass fiber-containing resin component formed of 60 to 90 mass % of (A) an aromatic polycarbonate resin, 5 to 20 mass % of (B) such glass fibers that a difference in refractive index between the aromatic polycarbonate resin and each of the fibers is 0.02 or less, and 5 to 25 mass % of (C) a polymethyl methacrylate resin, (D) 0.005 to 1.5 parts by mass of (D-1) glossy particles having an average particle diameter of 10 μm or more and less than 60 μm, and 0.005 to 5 parts by mass of (D-2) glossy particles having an average particle diameter of 60 to 300 μm, and 0.05 to 0.4 part by mass of (E) titanium oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 3 μm; a resin molded article obtained by molding the resin composition; and a method of producing the resin molded article. The polycarbonate resin composition is capable of providing a molded article having reduced visibility of a weld line fusion portion, no visible difference in luminosity between the left and right sides of a weld line, and a good metallic or galactic appearance, the composition being excellent in heat resistance and mechanical properties.

    摘要: Provided is a polycarbonate resin composition which contains specific amounts of a glass filler and glossy particles, which can be molded into an article in which no difference in lightness is visually observed between the left side and the right side of the weld line, and which has excellent optical properties and flame retardancy. The polycarbonate resin composition contains: a composition formed of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A) and a glass filler (B) having a difference in refractive index 0.002 or less from the aromatic polycarbonate resin of; glossy particles (C-1) having an average particle diameter of 10 μm or more and less than 50 μm; glossy particles (C-2) having an average particle diameter of 50 to 300 μm; a silicone compound (D) having a reactive functional group; and an organic alkali metal salt compound and/or an organic alkali earth metal salt compound (E). Also provided are a polycarbonate resin molded article produced by molding the resin composition, and a method of producing a polycarbonate resin molded article, which is characterized by involving subjecting the resin composition to an injection molding at a mold temperature of 120° C. or higher.

    摘要: A light source device which is used as the backlight device and does not generate sound is provided. One or more flat substrates each having a light emitting element on its surface side are supported by a chassis having a conductive flat plate surface so that back surfaces of the substrates are opposed to the flat plate surface. The substrate comprises first wiring conductive thin films on a surface side of an insulation substrate, and one or more second radiating or wiring conductive thin films on a back surface side of the insulation substrate. Two terminals of the light emitting element are connected to the two adjacent first conductive thin films. A potential of at least one of the second conductive thin films is fixed to have a constant potential difference or preferably fixed to the same potential with respect to that of the flat plate surface of the chassis.
