    摘要: In an imaging device, each of first and second pixels in a same column includes a photoelectric converter, a first transistor, and a second transistor wherein a source (or a drain) of the first transistor is connected to the photoelectric converter, a gate of the second transistor is connected to the photoelectric converter, and a source (or a drain) of the second transistor is connected to the drain (or the source) of the first transistor. A first current source is configured to be electrically connected to the source (or the drain) of the second transistor of the first pixel, a second current source is configured to be electrically connected to the source (or the drain) of the second transistor of the second pixel, and a signal line is configured to be electrically connected to the drain (or the source) of the second transistor of the first pixel and to the drain (or the source) of the second transistor of the second pixel.

    摘要: In one general aspect, the techniques disclosed here feature an imaging device that includes: a semiconductor substrate; a first pixel cell including a first photoelectric converter in the semiconductor substrate, and a first capacitive element one end of which is electrically connected to the first photoelectric converter; and a second pixel cell including a second photoelectric converter in the semiconductor substrate. An area of the second photoelectric converter is larger than an area of the first photoelectric converter in a plan view.

    摘要: An imaging device comprising: a pixel array that includes pixels arranged in rows and columns, each of the pixels outputting a pixel signal; vertical signal lines each of which is provided for each of the columns; a reference-signal generator that generates a reset signal corresponding to a reset voltage of the pixels; a signal processor that outputs a differential signal corresponding to a difference between the pixel signal and the reset signal; a first switch that is connected between one of the vertical signal lines and the signal processor, the first switch switching between input and interruption of the pixel signal from each of the pixels to the signal processor; and a second switch that is connected between the reference-signal generator and the signal processor, the second switch switching between input and interruption of the reset signal from the reference-signal generator to the signal processor.
