    摘要: A pulsation damping capsule including at least one hermetically joint-sealed metal membrane housing made of at least two preferably concave hemispheres, the housing being provided for separating an inner space from a surrounding pressure medium, wherein the hemispheres are connected together along a peripheral seam firmly bonded such that the pulsation damping capsule can be compressed and expanded as an energy accumulator with spring elasticity due to the effect of the pressure medium. A pulsation damping device is provided which is both dimensioned to withstand stresses and is simple to produce, the pulsation damping effect of which can be tailored especially easily to the existing conditions. Further disclosed is a pulsation damping module for housing a plurality of pulsation damping capsules.

    摘要: A hydraulic vehicle brake with a parking brake device, in particular for motor vehicles, includes a brake housing in which a hydraulic service pressure chamber is delimited by a brake piston, wherein hydraulic pressure fluid can be applied to the hydraulic service pressure chamber for carrying out service brake operations so that the brake piston is actuatable along a longitudinal piston axis in order to achieve a braking effect. The parking brake device acts on the brake piston with an actuating device, which actuates a rolling-element ramp-type gear with an electromechanical actuator.In order to achieve a higher rate of overall efficiency as well as a reduced electric energy consumption, a two-step gear is interposed between the electromechanical actuator (7) and the actuating device (4), wherein the first gear step (11, 21, 31) on the inlet side is connected to an output shaft (8) of the electromechanical actuator (7) and the second gear step (12, 22, 32) on the outlet side is connected to the rolling-element ramp-type gear (1, 2, 3).

    摘要: Disclosed is a floating caliper disk brake for motor vehicles capable of developing high braking power. To realize a floating-caliper disk brake of high rigidity and heat resistance together with light weight at the same time, the brake comprises a frame-like floating caliper (1, 41), which projects over a brake disk (2) and the brake pads (3, 4) on both sides of the brake disk (2), the caliper being supported with freedom of movement by means of pin guides (14, 57) on a component (15) permanently attached to the vehicle. The frame-like floating caliper (1, 41) is formed by an inner caliper section (5, 45), which has at least one actuating device (12, 52), and by one outer caliper section (6, 46), which is connected to the inner caliper section (5, 45) by means of at least two bridge sections (7, 47), which project over the brake disk (2). The caliper sections (5,6; 45, 46) have a lattice-like, light-weight structure of high rigidity.

    摘要: An actuating unit for an electromechanically actuatable disk brake for motor vehicles consists essentially of a drive unit (1), i.e., an electric motor (11); an actuating element (7), by means of which one (4) of two friction linings (4, 5) mounted with limited freedom of movement in a brake caliper can be brought into engagement with a brake disk (6); and a first and a second reducing gear (2, 3). An electronic controller (8), which serves to drive the electric motor (11), is assigned to the actuating unit. To realize an actuating unit of compact axial dimensions which is also optimally designed with respect to packaging, at least part of the electronic controller (8) is mounted between the electric motor (11) and the housing (25) which holds the second reducing gear (3).
