    摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus and method for driving a 2-phase SRM capable of individually performing an initial driving by an initializing sensor and a normal driving by a driving sensor, and capable of controlling a rotation speed of the SRM by delaying a phase signal by a half period and then generating a pulse width modulation signal based on the period. The apparatus comprises: a driving sensor which detects a position of a rotor thus to generate a driving sensor signal based on a result of the detection; a microprocessor which generates a 1-phase signal and a 2-phase signal based on a rising time and a falling time of the driving sensor signal at the time of a normal driving; an oscillator which generates first and second pulse width modulation signals delayed by a preset time; and a multiplying unit which multiplies the 1-phase and 2-phase signals with the first and second pulse width modulation signals, and generates 1-phase and 2-phase driving signals based on a result of the multiplication.

    摘要: The present invention is for a simple, reliable and inexpensive method to calibrate a defect signal to determine the size of a defect in a pipe. A first reflected signal is received from the test area of the pipe. After attaching a clamp, a second reflected signal is received from the test area of the pipe. If defects are in the test area, by appropriate calculations using the first reflected signal and the second reflected signal, the size of the defect can be determined.

    摘要: A method and apparatus is shown for implementing magnetostrictive sensor techniques for the nondestructive evaluation of ferromagnetic pipes or tubes. A magnetostrictive sensor generates shear waves and/or torsional waves in ferromagnetic pipes or tubes, which waves travel therethrough in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the pipe. A circumferential magnetization is generated in the ferromagnetic pipe or tube by a DC or low frequency voltage establishing a current along the longitudinal axis and past the magnetostrictive sensor. Reflected shear or torsional waves may represent defects in the pipe or tube.

    摘要: The present invention uses an ultraviolet ray to clean PCBs in packaging semiconductors, instead of using a plasma gas. Since the ultraviolet ray cleaning does not require a vacuum condition around an ultraviolet ray lamp, a guide belt for conveying the PCBs can be freely installed in such a manner that an ultraviolet ray cleaning tool and fabricating equipment are arranged in-line. This results in an in-line arrangement of an ultraviolet ray cleaning chamber and the fabricating equipment. Therefore, the PCBs can be introduced into fabricating processes immediately after cleaning and a long standby time problem of the PCB outside of the fabricating equipment is solved.
