Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a LED lamp source and the manufacturing method and the backlight module thereof. The LED lamp source includes a substrate and a LED chip, fluorescent adhesive, and a white reflective layer being fixed on the substrate. The fluorescent adhesive encapsulates the LED chip on the substrate, and the white reflective layer is configured for reflecting light beams emitted from the fluorescent adhesive and being radiated on the white reflective layer. A positive projection of the fluorescent adhesive on the substrate is within the positive projection of the white reflective layer on the substrate.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a backlight source based on grapheme including a lower substrate, an upper substrate and a first insulation layer, multiple gate electrodes, a second insulation layer, multiple graphene quantum dot layers, and multiple groups of source electrodes and drain electrodes sequentially disposed there between. The multiple graphene quantum dot layers are separately disposed on the second insulation layer, and one source electrode and one drain electrode are disposed on each graphene quantum dot layer. A field color sequential LCD and a driving method are also disclosed. Through controlling the gate voltage of the backlight source based on graphene, the backlight source has a precise region light control ability to avoid a color gamut reduction phenomenon because of the color crosstalk.

Abstract: A quantum dot light source and a quantum dot backlight module are disclosed. Abstract: A graphene display device includes a graphene display unit and a display control unit electrically connected with the graphene display unit. The graphene display unit includes a plurality of graphene light emitting structures constituting dynamic sub-pixels of the graphene display unit. The graphene display unit is configured for dividing pixel gamut of multiple base colors of pixels of the graphene display unit. A relationship between the pixel gamut and a pixel gamut coordinate is configured, and the graphene display unit controls the dynamic sub-pixel to display corresponding light in accordance with the pixel gamut coordinate of the inputted pixel. In addition, a display driving method of graphene display devices is disclosed. The graphene display device may accomplish multiple base colors display with fewer pixels such that wider color gamut coverage may be provided, and the aperture rate of the display device is enhanced and the power consumption is reduced.

Abstract: An LED light source structure includes: a fixing bracket, an LED chip, a packaging gel and a quantum-dot glass box. The fixing bracket has a packaging slot and an installation slot from a bottom portion to a top portion of the fixing bracket, and a width of the installation slot is greater than a width of the packaging slot. The LED chip is packaged into the packaging slot by the packaging gel; the installation slot has a size matching with the quantum-dot glass box; the quantum-dot glass box is clamped and placed in the installation slot. The quantum-dot glass box includes a glass box and a quantum-dot fluorescent powder material, the glass box has a receiving cavity, and the quantum-dot fluorescent powder material is cured and packaged in the receiving cavity. A packaging method for the LED light source structure described above is also disclosed.

Abstract: A backlight module includes a substrate having an opening on top, a first reflective plate disposed on a bottom surface of the substrate, light guide plates disposed on the first reflective plate with intervals in between, backlight source components, and a plurality of optical films disposed on the opening of the substrate. The backlight source components comprise heat sink shelves, and point light sources that are fixed on the heat sink shelves and inserted in the interval between two neighboring light guide plates. The present invention effectively reduces the width and thickness of the backlight module, and is instrumental for a narrow-frame and ultra-thin design, effectively reduce production cost. Meanwhile, the arrangement ensures good backlight uniformity, and is instrumental in reducing the distance needed for light mixing. Additionally, the defect of dark band appearing around the backlight module of traditional backlight modules can be effectively eliminated.

Abstract: A backlight module includes a back plate having an opening on a top, first reflective sheet on a bottom of the back plate, a plurality of light guiding plates spaced apart on the first reflective sheet, a backlight source component, and an optical film set arranged over the opening on the top of the back plate. The backlight source component includes a wedge-shaped heat sink and light sources fixed on two slopes adjacent to the heat sink, and the backlight source component is arranged within a gap between the two adjacent light guiding plates. The above backlight module contributes to the narrow border and super thin design, and the reduced cost. At the same time, the backlight module provides better consistent backlight and greatly reduces of light-mixing distance. In addition, the dark stripes in a rim of the backlight module may be efficiently eliminated.

Abstract: The backlight module contains a light guide plate and two light source members. The light guide plate has a longer light incident face and a shorter light incident face, and the longer and shorter light incident faces are end-to-end connected at a corner of the light guide plate. A first light source member is positioned oppositely along the longer light incident face, and a second light source member is positioned oppositely along the shorter light incident face. The present invention also provides a liquid crystal display (LCD) device including the backlight module. The LCD device and the backlight module achieve enhanced light coupling efficiency without interfering the thickness reduction of the LCD device and the backlight module.
