摘要: A control method and system of neutral section passing of multi-locomotive short broke trains. Distance traveled by a train after a primary multiple unit enters a neutral section is calculated in real time, so that a neutral section passing procedure of a secondary multiple unit is effectively controlled, thereby solving the problem that when the multi-locomotive short broke trains operate with double-raised pantographs, if the distance between the two pantographs is shorter than the length of a neutral zone of a neutral section and longer than the length of a no-electricity zone of the neutral section, when the two pantographs pass through the neutral sections, the two pantographs will span the two neutral sections and generate an interphase short circuit. The method improves safety of the EMU when it passing neutral section and ensure that the EMU can reliably pass through the neutral section with double-raised pantographs. The present invention has the advantages of being safe, reliable, easy to implement and convenient to promote and apply.

摘要: In a method of operating a motor vehicle driven electrically, at least temporarily, on a roadway, the motor vehicle is moved fully autonomously by a control unit in response to a command for automatic operating mode. After a charging arm of the motor vehicle has been extended, a lateral control of the motor vehicle is executed to bring the extended charging arm into electric contact with a charging line arranged at or on the roadway. As a result, electric energy provided from the charging line to the charging arm is used for charging an energy accumulator of the motor vehicle and/or operating a drive device of the motor vehicle for moving the motor vehicle. A longitudinal control of the motor vehicle is executed to thereby maintain a predefined longitudinal speed of the motor vehicle until a distance of the motor vehicle reaches a predefined minimum distance to a leading vehicle.

摘要: A vehicle is provided that comprises two or more radio frequency (RF) antennas and two or more RF transceivers to communicate wirelessly sensitive information associated with a user of the vehicle (the two or more RF antennas being at different physical locations on an exterior of the vehicle). The vehicle determines which one of the two or more RF antennas is receiving a strongest signal from a common signal source, selects a first RF transceiver associated with the RF antenna with the strongest signal to send the sensitive information associated with the user to the common signal source, and sends the sensitive information associated with the user to the first RF transceiver for transmission to the common signal source.

The multiple authentication factors comprise a plurality of an electronic address of a portable communication device of the occupant sensed by an on board sensor, a wireless remote signal description sensed by an on board sensor, a vehicle-related identifier, a vehicle parameter sensed by the on board processor, an environmental parameter sensed by the on board processor, and a passcode received by the microprocessor from the remote server.

摘要: A vehicle is provided that determines a need for communication with a third party vendor, retrieves a user rule from the memory (the user rule defines to which third party vendor the vehicle can send a first communication to address the need and defines a geographic location of the third party vendor relative to a current location of the vehicle, a monetary amount the vehicle can pay to a third party vendor for a product or service to address the need, and a time limit for the third party vendor to provide the product or service to address the need), based on the user rule, selects a third party vendor from among multiple possible third party vendors, and when determined by the user rule, automatically sends the first communication to the selected third party vendor to address the need. The first communication is associated with an order for the product or service, and the processor provides an authorization to the selected third party vendor to complete the order. The vehicle uses different antennas positioned at different physical locations on an exterior of the vehicle to provide the first communication and authorization to the selected third party vendor.
