    摘要: A polyolefin material can be adhered to other material with good adhesion durability by 1) applying a first primer which contains i) a resin comprising a backbone of hydrocarbon chains and/or polybutadiene chains, and ii) a polyisocyanate compound or an alkoxysilane compound, to the surface of a polyolefin material, 2) applying a second primer which contains a polyisocyanate compound or an alkoxysilane compounds, onto the layer of the first primer, and 3) adhering the surface of the polyolefin material to which the first and second primers are applied to other material using a moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive.

    摘要: The present invention provides a multifunctional primer, comprising a first solution including 15 to 55 parts by weight of natural rubber and 750 to 1350 parts by weight of an organic solvent; a second solution from 100 parts by weight of the first solution and additionally 45 to 90 parts by weight of a polyurethane-dispersion; comprising a third solution from 100 parts by weight of the second solution and 100 to 250 parts by weight of a butadiene-based rubber solution containing 50 to 200 parts by weight of a butadiene rubber and 800 to 950 parts by weight of an organic solvent. Additionally a method of manufacturing a shoe is disclosed in an environmentally friendly manner by application of the primer to a transfer sheet, this being dried and cut into appropriate pieces, and this film-type multifunctional primer applied on a non-vulcanized outersole of a shoe.

    摘要: An extrusion assembly for extrusion of a triple walled (plastic/metal/plastic) pipe includesa first extrusion apparatus, for extruding an inner plastics layer of the pipe, having an extruder with a coaxial outer extrusion sleeve and inner extrusion die,a shaping sleeve surrounding and substantially coaxial with the extruder, which shaping sleeve is capable of shaping a U-section form metallic layer passing through it into a tubular configuration and a welder for welding the metallic layer of tubular configuration to provide a metal tube,a conduit for supplying a pressurized gas internally of the pipe whereby extruded plastics material emerging from the first extrusion apparatus is forced against an internal surface of the metal tube, anda second extrusion apparatus, for extruding an outer plastics layer of the pipe, having a body part and a supply channel within the body part for supplying plastics material,which extrusion assembly has at least one of,(a) an essentially annular section recess in the body part of the second extrusion apparatus capable of receiving an end of the shaping sleeve, thus allowing accurate positioning of the shaping sleeve relative to the first and second extrusion apparatuses, and(b) a universal joint to which the extruder of the first extrusion apparatus is operatively connected, which connection is adjustable to allow accurate positioning of the exit orifice of the first extrusion apparatus relative to the exit orifice of the second extrusion apparatus.
