Provided is a hair growth-promoting composition comprising: 100 parts by weight of a stem cell culture solution obtained from a culture medium of mesenchymal stem cells which have been subcultured two or more times; 0.001 to 0.1 parts by weight of zinc; 5 to 50 parts by weight of a panthenol based compound; and 0.0001 to 0.1 parts by weight of a water-soluble vitamin, wherein it is sprayed or applied on the scalp to promote hair growth. Said hair growth-promoting composition may have an excellent effect and improve economical efficiency in treating alopecia due to a simple delivery method of the composition.

The present invention provides novel methods for improving the efficiency of artificial activation of unfertilized mammalian oocytes by reducing the intracellular concentration of Zn2+ in the oocyte. The methods of the invention may additionally comprise a preceding step of increasing the intracellular concentration of Ca2+ in the oocyte prior to reduction of the intracellular Zn2+ concentration. The invention further provides unfertilized oocytes activated by the disclosed methods and viable mammalian animals produced from unfertilized oocytes activated by the disclosed methods.

The present invention relates to a cell culture medium using mammalian cells for producing a target material at high efficiency in the mammalian cells, a cell culturing method using same, and a method of producing the target material and, more particularly, to a cell culture medium including Zn ions at a concentration of 30 μM or more in a culture, a salt thereof, or a chelate compound, a cell culturing method using same, and a method of producing a target material. Methods for the expression and purification of ADAMTS proteins are also provided. In some embodiments, the mediums and methods of the invention are useful for the expression of ADAMTS proteins having high specific activities.
