    摘要: An elastic wave apparatus includes a piezoelectric substrate, an IDT electrode on the piezoelectric substrate and includes first electrode fingers, second electrode fingers, a first busbar, and a second busbar, a capacitive electrode including third electrode fingers, fourth electrode fingers, a third busbar, and a fourth busbar, an insulating film laminated on the capacitive electrode, a first wiring line including a first portion facing the capacitive electrode via the insulating film, and a second wiring line that connects the first busbar and the third busbar. The capacitive electrode extends in a lateral direction with respect to the IDT electrode in a surface acoustic wave propagation direction.

    摘要: Provided is a piezoelectric stack transducer. In a transducer portion, a plurality of piezoelectric transducers which output maximum amplitude at different frequencies are continuously stacked. A stacked electrode portion is provided on both surfaces of each of the plurality of continuously stacked piezoelectric transducers and supplies an electric signal so that vibration is generated. In this case, the plurality of piezoelectric transducers have different diameters. According to the present invention, it is possible to implement a piezoelectric stack transducer which exhibits constant amplitude (output) at different frequencies by piezoelectric transducers exhibiting different amplitudes at respective frequencies according to natural frequencies supplementing amplitude of a different piezoelectric transducer.

    摘要: A piezoelectric vibrating piece includes an excitation unit in a rectangular shape, a framing portion, and a connecting portion. The excitation unit includes two principal surfaces, a pair of excitation electrodes on the principal surfaces, a first side extending in a first direction, and a second side extending in a second direction. The second side is longer than the first side, and is perpendicular to the first direction. The framing portion surrounds the excitation unit. The connecting portion connects the excitation unit to the framing portion. The connecting portion has a third side which is connected to the first side and extends in the first direction and a fourth side which is connected to the framing portion and extends in the first direction. A thickness of the connecting portion is thinner than that of the framing portion. The third side has a different length from that of the fourth side.

The drive electrodes are disposed in positions where the amount of distortion produced in the first oscillation arm and the second oscillation arm is maximized, and the weight films are disposed in positions where the amount of distortion produced in the first oscillation arm and the second oscillation arm is minimized. The oscillation frequency of the oscillation piece can be precisely adjusted by removing part of the weight films.
