    摘要: The present invention provides a yarn with antimicrobial effects. The antimicrobial antifungal effect of the yarn is derived from nanosilver particles (diameter between 1 and 100 nm) which are adhered to the yarn. The yarn contains fibers which are made of cotton, linen, silk, wool, leather, blending fabric, synthetic fiber, or any combination thereof. The yarn can be used to make cloth to be used particularly for treating patients with burns or wound. The cloth made from the antimicrobial yarn can be further used to make clothes such as underwears, socks, shoe cushions, shoe linings, bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, women hygiene products, laboratory coats, and medical robes. The present invention also provides a method for making the antimicrobial yarn.

    摘要: The present invention relates to melamine resins having incorporated therein one or more antimicrobial agents, where one of the antimicrobial agents is an isothiazolone based compound. The melamine resin is compounded with the antimicrobial as a finely divided powder diluted in a liquid forming a dispersion. The compounded melamine resin is useful for making melamine based decorative laminates used in flooring, countertops, dinnerware and other applications wherein a tough, mar resistant surface having bactericidal properties is required.

    摘要: A mold releasable composite material for wet production of a polyurethane resin synthetic leather is disclosed, comprising of a polymer base and a composition layer laminated on at least one surface of the polymer base, the composition layer consisting of 50 to 95% by weight of a styrenic polymer having a syndiotactic structure and 5 to 50% by weight of a polyolefin, the mold releasable composite material having a peeling strength of 300 g/15 mm or more, preferably, the composition layer being subjected to embossing processing, and an anchor coating agent being used in laminating of the composition layer on the polymer base, which overcomes the defects involved in the conventional production process of a polyurethane resin synthetic leather in a wet process which has such an advantage that a synthetic leather having a good breathability and a soft feeling is obtained.

The layer has a front side and a back side with a donning agent associated with at least one side of the sheet. The donning agent is transferable from the sheet to an object or individual apart from the sheet. A method of applying a donning agent to hands prior to donning elastomeric gloves includes the steps of washing the hands, and contacting the hands with a substrate that both simultaneously dries and transfers a donning agent to the hands.
