摘要: A reactor assembly for igniting and sustaining a plasma and method for performing a reaction. The assembly includes an elongated cylindrical inner electrode; a dielectric tube arranged helically around the elongated cylindrical inner electrode to form a helical reactor. The reactor assembly also includes an annular outer electrode arranged around at least a portion of the exterior of the helical reactor. The assembly includes a power source to provide a voltage across the elongated cylindrical inner electrode and the annular outer electrode. A process stream including at least a gas flows through the dielectric tube. The voltage is applied across the elongated cylindrical inner electrode and the annular outer electrode such that at least a portion of the flow of the process stream through the dielectric tube is exposed to the voltage and the plasma is ignited and sustained.

摘要: A method for preparing a complex comprising a radioisotope of gallium for use in radiotherapy or in a medical imaging procedure, said method comprising adding a gallium radioisotope solution obtained directly from a gallium radionuclide generator to a composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable buffer and optionally also a pharmaceutically acceptable basic reagent, in amounts sufficient to increase the pH to a level in the range of 3 to 8, wherein the composition further comprises a chelator that is able to chelate radioactive gallium within said pH range and at moderate temperature, said chelator being optionally linked to a biological targeting agent. Kits and compositions for use in the method are also described and claimed.

摘要: A core-shell nanocomposite is formed by co-assembly of an amphiphilic polymer and hydrophobically modified magnetic nanoparticles, with its core being a hydrophobically modified magnetic nanomaterial and its shell being the amphiphilic polymer, wherein hydrophilic segments in the amphiphilic polymer are located at an outermost layer of the shell. The above composite can be used as additives in the crystallization of conglomerates and obtain optically pure crystals of both enantiomers in a single process. The key thereof is that the composite is used to enrich molecules with the same configuration while inhibit the crystallization of the other enantiomer in a supersaturated solution of conglomerates, such that a non-magnetic crystal and a magnetic crystal (which are enantiomers of each other) are generated in a unit operation. Optically pure crystals of both enantiomers with over 90 ee % can be obtained by one-time crystallization, and the total yield can be as high as 40%.

摘要: In one aspect, the disclosure relates to methods for preparation of terpene and terpene-like molecules. In a further aspect, the disclosure relates to the products of the disclosed methods, i.e., terpene and terpene-like molecules prepared using the disclosed methods. Intermediates for the synthesis of a wide variety of terpenoids are γ-allyl Knoevenagel adducts or quasi γ-allyl Knoevenagel adducts are disclosed. In various aspects, methods of preparing terpenoids through these intermediates are disclosed. The methods can comprise α-alkylation of an allylic electrophile followed by ring-closure metathesis to a polycyclic terpenoid structure. In a further aspect, the disclosure pertains to terpenoid frameworks, and compounds prepared via disclosed oxidation and substitution reactions on the disclosed terpenoid frameworks. This abstract is intended as a scanning tool for purposes of searching in the particular art and is not intended to be limiting of the present disclosure.

摘要: The present invention discloses a compound containing a carbazole derivative and an organic electroluminescent device comprising the compound. The structure of the compound containing the carbazole derivative is one of the following structures. The compound has a relatively high hole transport rate, a relatively high HOMO energy level value, and a relatively good thermal stability. When the compound containing the carbazole derivative as provided by the present invention is applied to a hole transport layer of an organic electroluminescent device, the hole transport layer can improve the luminous efficiency of the organic electroluminescent device, reduce the driving voltage of the organic electroluminescent device, prolong the lifetime of the organic electroluminescent device, and overcome the defects in the prior art.
