摘要: The present invention is a resist material containing a repeating unit-a containing a sulfonium salt or iodonium salt of a monovalent aromatic carboxylic acid that is iodinated, is substituted or unsubstituted, and is bonded to a polymer main chain via an ester bond. This provides: a resist material having higher sensitivity and higher resolution than conventional positive resist materials, small edge roughness and size variation, and excellent pattern profile after exposure; a resist composition containing the resist material; a patterning process; and a monomer to be an ingredient for the resist material.

摘要: An aqueous composition includes water and a cationic polymeric resin having at least one reactive aldehyde group and formed from the reaction of glyoxal and a polymer. The polymer comprises at least one acrylamide repeating unit and at least one cationic repeating unit wherein a number of reactive aldehyde equivalents divided by a number of equivalents of residual glyoxal based on the total weight of the polymer is greater than about 1.2, wherein prior to reaction the polymer has greater than about 50 mole % acrylamide repeat units and from about 2 to about 30 mole % cationic repeating units, wherein greater than about 5 mole % of the acrylamide repeating units are converted to reactive aldehyde groups in the cationic polymer resin; and wherein the composition exhibits a viscosity gain of less than about 200%.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a catalyst composition for polymerizing propylene and a method for producing polypropylene. The catalyst composition for polymerizing the propylene includes a modifying agent. The modifying agent is an ester compound having hydrophilic groups and hydrophobic groups. In the method for producing the polypropylene, a reverse microcellular structure is formed by the modifying agent during a propylene polymerization, in which the hydrophilic groups are inside the reverse microcellular structure, and the hydrophobic groups are outside the reverse microcellular structure, such that polar substances in a raw material are retained inside the reverse microcellular structure. Thus, poisoning of the catalyst is reduced. Besides, the modifying agent can maintain a valence state of titanium in an active site of the catalyst at positive trivalent, such that the propylene polymerization between the titanium and the monomer is facilitated, thereby enhancing an activity of the catalyst.

摘要: There is disclosed an antifoam component which includes at least one poly(acrylate) copolymer for use in a fuel.
