摘要: Catalyst compositions and processes for making and using same. The catalyst composition can include catalyst particles. The catalyst particles can include 0.001 wt % to 6 wt % of Pt and up to 10 wt % of a promoter that can include Sn, Cu, Au, Ag, Ga, or a combination thereof, or a mixture thereof disposed on a support. The support can include at least 0.5 wt % of a Group 2 element. All weight percent values are based on the weight of the support. The catalyst particles can have a median particle size in a range from 10 μm to 500 pm. The catalyst particles can have an apparent loose bulk density in a range from 0.3 g/cm3 to 2 g/cm3, as measured according to ASTM D7481-18 modified with a 10, 25, or 50 mL graduated cylinder instead of a 100 or 250 mL graduated cylinder.

摘要: The invention relates to a process according to claim 1 and pyrolysis devices used therein for the pyrolysis of pyrolysis stock comprising polyurethane-containing material, allowing carrying out pyrolysis on an industrial scale. According to the invention, even with higher amounts of pyrolysis stock an amount of pyrolysis product is obtained that contains cleavage products which can be reused for the synthesis of polyurethane-containing material.

摘要: Fluid purification systems employing a monolithic composite photocatalyst to remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and/or pathogenic organisms are disclosed. Pairing of systems tuned to abate each of these materials are discussed in different configurations such as series and parallel, as well as combining systems to target both materials simultaneously. System configurations that allow a portion of the fluid stream to be purified are also disclosed as are configurations that allow regeneration of the photocatalyst. These features may be augmented by sensors that allow closed loop control of bypass and regeneration cycles in the systems.

摘要: The present disclosure concerns a process for converting methyl halides to ethylene and propylene, said process comprising the steps of (a) providing a feedstream comprising methyl halides; (b) providing a first and second catalyst composition, said second catalyst composition comprising a cracking catalyst; (c) contacting said feedstream with said first catalyst composition in a first reaction zone under first reaction conditions to provide a first product stream; and (d) subjecting at least a part of said first product stream to an Olefin Catalytic Cracking with said second catalyst composition in a second reaction zone under second reaction conditions to provide a second product steam. The process is remarkable in that said step (c) is performed under 400° C., and in that said first catalyst composition comprises molecular sieves with a Si/Al atomic between 2 and 18 and with a plurality of pores with a shape of an 8-membered ring or less.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention relates to two improved catalysts and associated processes that directly converts carbon dioxide and hydrogen to liquid fuels. The catalytic converter is comprised of two catalysts in series that are operated at the same pressures to directly produce synthetic liquid fuels or synthetic natural gas. The carbon conversion efficiency for CO2 to liquid fuels is greater than 45%. The fuel is distilled into a premium diesel fuels (approximately 70 volume %) and naphtha (approximately 30 volume %) which are used directly as “drop-in” fuels without requiring any further processing. Any light hydrocarbons that are present with the carbon dioxide are also converted directly to fuels. This process is directly applicable to the conversion of CO2 collected from ethanol plants, cement plants, power plants, biogas, carbon dioxide/hydrocarbon mixtures from secondary oil recovery, and other carbon dioxide/hydrocarbon streams. The catalyst system is durable, efficient and maintains a relatively constant level of fuel productivity over long periods of time without requiring re-activation or replacement.

摘要: Redox catalysts having surface medication, methods of making redox catalysts with surface modification, and uses of the surface modified redox catalysts are provided. In some aspects, the redox catalysts include a core oxygen carrier region such as CaMnO3, BaMnO3-δ, SrMnO3-δ, Mn2SiO4, Mn2MgO4-δ, La0.8Sr0.2O3-δ, La0.8Sr0.2FeO3-δ, Ca9Ti0.1Mn0.9O3-δ, Pr6O11-δ, manganese ore, or a combination thereof; and an outer shell having an average thickness of about 1-100 monolayers surrounding the outer surface of the core region. The outer shell can include, for example a salt selected such as Li2WO4, Na2WO4, K2WO4, SrWO4, Li2MoO4, Na2MoO4, K2MoO4, CsMoO4, Li2CO3, Na2CO3, K2CO3, or a combination thereof.

摘要: A method and system for reforming CO2 rich natural gases is disclosed which comprises: a cold plasma unit configured to convert CO2 rich natural gases into a plasma state; and a gas reforming reactor configured to reform said CO2 rich gas mixture at said plasma state into a syngas. The catalytic reforming reactor is separate and different from the DBD cold plasma unit. Means for latent heat of condensation, endothermic/exothermic reactions, and convection currents is used to achieve energy efficiency.

摘要: An integrated catalyst can be used in an olefin disproportionation reaction. The integrated catalyst contains a plurality of different integrated active phases. The relative positions among different active phases remain substantially unchanged during the olefin disproportionation reaction. The effective distance between respective bisecting planes of two adjacent different active phases is 0.5-5 mm, preferably 1-3 mm.
