摘要: Disclosed herein is a dielectric composite comprising an organic polymer that has a glass transition temperature greater than or equal to about 250° C.; and a dielectric filler present in an amount effective to impart to the dielectric composite a dielectric constant that varies by less than 5% over a temperature range of 25 ° C. to 300° C., with an applied alternating electric field having a frequency of 104 Hz and a maximum operating electric field strength of at least 250 megavolt per meter. Disclosed herein too is a method of manufacturing the dielectric composite and articles that contain the dielectric composite.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an adjuvant composition comprising lecithin; and, an organosilicon surfactant of formula (I): R1—Si(CH3)2—Z (I) wherein: R1 is a branched monovalent hydrocarbon group of from 5 to 8 carbon atoms containing at least two methyl groups; Z is R2 or R3; R2 is CH2CH2CH2—OC2H4—O)a(C3H6O)b(C4H8O)c—R4 in which R4 is hydrogen, a linear or branched monovalent hydrocarbon group of from 1 to about 4 carbon atoms or an acyl group, subscript a is from 1 to about 20, subscript b is from 0 to about 19, subscript c is from 0 to about 19 and the sum of subscripts a, b and c is from 1 to about 20; and, R3 is —CH2CH2CH2—O—CH(OH)CH2—N+(CH3)2—R5 [X−] in which R5 is a linear or branched hydrocarbon group of from 1 to about 4 carbon atoms or an acetyl group and X− is a saturated or unsaturated carboxylate anion of from 2 to about 22 carbon atoms optionally containing 1 or 2 hydroxyl groups.

The organopolysiloxane being represented by the following average formula (1): wherein, R1 represents a group selected from an alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, etc., R2 represents a divalent organic group having 2 to 15 carbon atoms, R3 represents any of a hydrogen atom and an alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, R4s each independently represent a group selected from an alkyl group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms and another organopolysiloxane, “a” is 1 to 500, “b” is 1 to 10, and “c” is 1 to 10.

摘要: Methods and formulations for modified silicone resins of Formula (II) are presented. Formula (II) comprises at least one of each of the following subunits: The R1, R2, R3, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12 and R13 are each independently selected from a group consisting of H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, and aryl. The X is selected from a group consisting of arylene, transition metal, inorganic oxide, and silsesquioxane. The values of t ranges from 1 to 10, y ranges from 1 to 200 and z ranges from 1 to 1,000. The elastomeric materials prepared from modified silicone resins display robust mechanical properties following prolonged exposure to high temperatures (e.g., 316° C. or higher).

摘要: The present invention provides a silicone skeleton-containing polymer compound containing a repeating unit shown by the general formula (1). There can be provided a silicone skeleton-containing polymer compound suitable used as a base resin of a chemically amplified negative resist composition that can remedy the problem of delamination generated on a metal wiring such as Cu and Al, an electrode, and a substrate, especially on a substrate such as SiN, and can form a fine pattern without generating a scum and a footing profile in the pattern bottom and on the substrate.

The invention also relates to the production of polysiloxanes, to compositions containing said polysiloxanes, to the use of the compositions in a coating method and to substrates coated with the composition and to the use of the polysiloxanes as additives for finishing surfaces of hardened compositions with anti-adhesive properties.
