摘要： A water-dispersible composite structure, which comprises one or more layers, and a method of producing the same. At least a part of the layers is formed by a fibrous web or sheet containing 50-90 parts by weight of wood fibers and 10-90 parts by weight of annual or perennial plant fibers and/or 10-50 parts by weight of synthetic short-cut fibers, and 0.1-20% by weight of a binder, calculated from the weight of the fibers, and at least a part of the binder being a water-soluble polymer and another part a water dispersible binder, and the fibrous sheet or web being produced by wet forming. By means of the invention, the fibers of the composite structure can be recovered and recycled by equipment conventionally used in the paper and paperboard industry.

摘要： A method for preparing titanium dioxide-based synthetic paper capable of degrading organic pollutants, including: adding thermoplastic polyurethane particles and N,N-dimethylformamide or N,N-dimethylacetamide in a reactor, heating, and stirring to fully dissolve the thermoplastic polyurethane particles in a solvent to obtain a polyurethane solution; adding titanium dioxide powder having photocatalytic degradation property in the polyurethane solution, stirring uniformly to obtain a solid-liquid mixture, and standing for defoaming; uniformly coating the solid-liquid mixture onto a piece of release paper, soaking the release paper coated with the solid-liquid mixture into an aqueous solution of sliver nitrate having photocatalytic degradation property, completely curing the solid-liquid mixture to form a film, and soaking the release paper and the film into an aqueous solution of sodium chloride; drying, cooling, removing the release paper, and cutting the film to a proper size to obtain the titanium dioxide-based synthetic paper.

摘要： Resin systems and methods for making and using same are provided. The method for making a paper product can include contacting a plurality of pulp fibers with a resin system. The resin system can include a first polyamidoamine-epihalohydrin resin and a second resin that can include a second polyamidoamine-epihalohydrin resin, a urea-formaldehyde resin, or a mixture thereof to produce a paper product. The first resin and the second resin can be sequentially or simultaneously contacted with the plurality of pulp fibers. The period for sequential addition between the first resin and the second resin is about 1 second to about 1 hour.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for preparing a functional film via coffee oil, comprising (a) extracting a coffee oil from coffee; (b) modifying the coffee oil to obtain an epoxidized coffee oil; (c) adding an alcohol into the epoxidized coffee oil to obtain a coffee polyol; (d) synthesizing a polyurethane dispersive solution with the coffee polyol; (e) coating a surface of a substrate with the polyurethane dispersive solution; and (f) drying and fixing the surface of the substrate. The present invention further provides a functional textile comprising a functional film prepared by the method of above.
