摘要: A pump assembly. The pump assembly may comprise a motor portion for driving a fluid pumping portion via a piston. The motor portion may comprise: a spool and a spool housing assembly having a spool chamber. The spool may be disposed within the spool chamber. The spool may comprise an upper portion and a lower portion, wherein the diameter of the lower portion is larger than the diameter of the upper portion. The spool may also comprise: (1) two support groove portions for cradling two slide valves and (2) two spool bores, which are in fluid communication with the two slide valves. The piston of the pump assembly may comprise a valve stem having a valve stem bore and valve stem openings. The valve stem openings may be funnel-shaped or may inwardly slope into the valve stem bore to prevent or minimize cutting or shredding of a blown seal.

摘要: A vacuum motor comprising a working plunger, an internal space, in which the working plunger is arranged such that it is mobile in linear direction, a resetting element that exerts, at least for part of the time, a force on the working plunger that acts in the direction of a front side of the internal space, a gas inlet opening for supplying ambient air or a compressed gas into the internal space, and a gas outlet opening for discharging the gas from the internal space. The gas outlet opening is connectable to a negative pressure source, whereby a control plunger is arranged between the working plunger and a rear side of the internal space such as to be mobile in linear direction in the internal space. The control plunger is supported as in a bearing such as to be mobile with respect to the working plunger, and a catch element and/or a spacer is arranged on said working plunger and/or control plunger, whereby the catch element, upon a motion of the working plunger towards the front side of the internal space, transfers the control plunger into the first position, and whereby the catch element or the spacer, upon a motion of the working plunger towards the rear side of the internal space, transfers the control plunger into the second position.

摘要: A microdevice structure of microchannel chip is provided which includes one gas channel and at least one liquid channel. The microchannel connects the gas channel and each liquid channel. The most basic microdevice of the mirochannel chip comprises micropressure sensor, microvalve, micropiston and micropump which are controlled by digital pressure gas microcircuit in the chip. Each microdevice isolates the gas phase and liquid phase by microhole without any movable component and any special ventilate or elastic material. The gas-liquid interface is driven by the pressure difference of gas phase and liquid phase to enable the microdevice to implement the functions, such as sensing pressure, switching fluid channel, transporting liquid effectively, and so on. All kinds of microdevices can be shaped on the hard material (for example glass) by etching, so as to integrate a great lot microdevices with low cost, and the structure of chip and these several microdevices can be formed by adopting other methods on other material.

摘要: A gas operated, submersible pumping system, is disclosed as being capable of recovering well fluids below ground surface from a natural gas production well and is adapted to be coupled to flexible continuous metal conveyance conduits. The system includes a housing constructed of a corrosion resistant material; gas inlet and output ports for accommodating respectively higher and lower pressures; well fluids inlet and outlet ports; an internal gas logic switching valve to control pumping action; and a pneumatic mechanical amplifier piston, which isolates gas from liquids, and transfers lower pressure gas into higher pressure liquid discharge pressure, wherein the submersible pumping system is operable between a refill and discharge mode so as to recycle inlet well gas back into the production well without substantially reconstituting the well gas.
