    摘要: An optical structure and a display device are provided. The optical structure includes a lens, a transflective film, a phase retardation film and a reflective polarizing film. The lens includes a first surface and a second surface which are non-planar surfaces; the transflective film is located at a side of the first surface away from the second surface; the phase retardation film and the reflective polarizing film are located between the phase retardation film and the second surface. The optical structure further includes a phase compensation structure located between the transflective film and the second surface. The phase compensation structure includes first light-transmitting layers and second light-transmitting layers which are alternately arranged and equal in number, a refractive index of the first light-transmitting layer is greater than that of the second light-transmitting layer; and the first light-transmitting layer is attached with the phase retardation film.

    摘要: Provided a filter and an imaging apparatus for obtaining a higher-quality multispectral image in which the tint of the image is uniform. The filter includes: an optical filter layer; and a patterned retardation layer that is laminated on the optical filter layer. The optical filter layer includes at least three reflective layers that are formed of a cholesteric liquid crystal layer, and the reflective layers have different reflection center wavelengths. Alternatively, the optical filter layer includes a reflective layer that is formed of a cholesteric liquid crystal layer having at least two different reflection center wavelengths. The patterned retardation layer has a slow axis in a direction corresponding to the reflection center wavelength of the reflective layer.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a signal detection system capable of removing noise caused by scattered light or the like and capable of detecting an accurate signal. The problems can be solved by providing a signal detection system including an emitting unit that emits polarized light as measurement light, a retroreflection member that retroreflects the measurement light, and a detecting unit that detects the retroreflected measurement light, in which in the retroreflection member, a reflectance of first polarized light is higher than a reflectance of second polarized light which is polarized light having a property opposite to that of the first polarized light, and at least one of a first condition in which in the measurement light emitted from the emitting unit, an intensity of the first polarized light is higher than an intensity of the second polarized light, or a second condition in which in the detecting unit, a detection sensitivity of the first polarized light is higher than a detection sensitivity of the second polarized light is satisfied.

    摘要: A multilayer optical film includes a plurality of optical repeat units which may number less than about 175 in total and which may have a combined average thickness of less than about 20 micrometers. Each of the optical repeat units includes at least four individual layers which may include at least one polymeric A layer, at least two B layers, and at least one polymeric C layer. At least one layer in the at least four individual layers can have an average thickness of less than about 50 nm. An interlayer adhesion of the individual layers in the plurality of optical repeat units can be at least about 14 grams per inch when measured at a 90 degree peel angle. The multilayer optical film may be a reflective polarizer or a multilayer optical mirror.
